I enjoyed the experience a lot. It was cold though. I want to repeat it again when it warms up. And I have lost half of the footage due to a camera glitch. On the way back I was much faster and people were saying: wow, this is cool! 🙂 It was recorded, but now it's lost.

Heyo! I'm a regular at Hop, yeah the spot across the road is called White Grounds. It gets locked overnight around 6/7pm but it's open during the day

£6.50, but you are getting a drink as well. A pint of beer/ale (or soft drinks) which comes cheaper than in some pubs 😅

@ I can tell my your level of ability riding a board that you are beyond ready to be able to drop in. It’s all mental, and I know how hard it is to learn because I taught myself. If you can, have someone stand in front of you and hold your hands, or find the smallest ramp that allows you to drop in and feel the confidence to put your foot down and lean forward and go for it. I’m sure you’ll get it. If you have someone around it helps the process go from 0-100. Just because of the fear barrier when you’re first trying and not understanding the physics and mechanics of it, your body will understand it all once you try and feel it. Have hands to hold onto and lean with helps a lot for beginner stages and easiest for gaining confidence and actually learning it without as much fear and wanting to give up. Baby steps with dropping in, and before you know it you’ll be looking back wondering why it seemed so difficult and now it’s so easy to grasp. You got it my dude.
