Can you side order white rice?

Hi, do you know if there is anyway to make reservation for this place? I tried on tabelog and read through the reviews but it just looks like you have to know someone to be able to make a reservation here. Thank you!

I have to say that although they all looked fantastic actually deep frying something is batter is quite easy to do, so they are charging a high price for something not actually that difficult. Technically wise that is pretty easy to do.

Great clip! I am a big fan of mentaiko. We lived for years just over on the Nakasu side. We only visited this restaurant once, but it was top notch. It was cheaper to buy broken mentaiko at a third of the price in a shop and eat at home or eat it close to the Nagahama fish market. But I guess the restaurant both make soup and dressing with broken mentaiko. Now living in Romania and it is impossible to buy fresh mentaiko or tarako here. I have tried frozen and canned in some oil, but none were any good. Arigato!

I live in the area and the restaraunt he must have worked at first is "Zingara" not “Jingara". It's also great, but not nearlly as fancy or pricey. This food looks amazing though.

Been to Japan 4x. One for a week. The 3 other times were just 1 day layover. I wish things were like this in the USA. No graffiti, no filth (although I did see some), no tipping, no need to count your change, no need to own a car. The only times I've taken public transportation is when I'm outside the USA, like in Europe, Asia & I love it. Buses, boats (Hong Kong), & trains were not filthy.
