Some Cable TV systems my sill have hardware up and runings without konwing it and my beable to an MOCA apater form amazon and make your own sever with an Rassberry Pi. I don't have view the vidoe to know that it's hit or miss but in about %95 of the cases it will be an miss.

Thie happened, amusingly enough, because Nintendo changed the cartridge connector for the US to keep people from importing Famicom games. That would've required them to both rework stuff on the motherboard, and developers to rework the cartridge itself, to reenable the audio pass through for the extra sound channel. But since the US never got the Famicom Disk System (which is where the idea for the extra sound channel originated to begin with), they just decided to save costs, not do it, and have developers redo the music for the US versions instead. Thinking "they never had this, they won't miss it". With a special Famicom to NES adapter, and some soldering on the motherboard, you can indeed make the extra sound channel for games like this work if you get the Famicom cartridge. But it is a hardware mod.
