Love the message!
Just as a feedback I think you don't need 2nd cam, it's not look quality. One frame is ok
Anna, you have exactly the combination of gentle kindness and firm encouragement that we creative types need! (At least, that I need!) Subscribed, and I can't wait for more of your videos. (Also, your end blooper was the most human and wonderful thing 😊)
EXCELLENT tips !! I'm an ARtiSt- BUT i think * EVERYONE * can benefit from being creative in their life !! ♡ thank you for the video =)
Ah - the pushing to get back on the waggon! Both with my yoga and my writing. Need to do this to be happy. Subscribed!
Amazing advice! Thank you!
@@beatrizsanchez9433 thank you, Beatriz! Have a fabulous week xx
Excellent video thank you!
@@vimbexler924 I’m so glad you liked it! ^_^
Great tips, cheerfully imparted!
I'm so glad to read this! xx
I love this so much, you have such great energy, and the tips are so useful, I can't wait to put them into practice myself. 1 tip for you: the quick flips between the side and front angles are a little jarring. Space them out a little more and slow them down <3
Thank you so much! Will try that next time I edit! Have a great week ahead xx
Again, such important statements! Especially the part about the "myth of competition" is something that I always hated! Every artist is unique and so is their art! 💛And supporting each other is so wonderful and never harms anyone!
Right, Maya?! I mean... always co-creation over competition. Sending you lots of love!
Can’t like this video, when I try, I get “caller doesn’t have permission” message. ***Edit, I was allowed to like after submitting the message. Regarding how being an artist gives me power, not sure how, but I feel I’ve perhaps claimed more of my identity in the last 12 years doing this art thing. Maybe that’s power in a sense. 😊
@@dianaseely4852 thank you so much for taking that extra length to engage!!! Also… WOW! Sound like the ultimate power and freedom - claiming your identity in a world where we are bombarded by marketing and propaganda. THANK YOU for being an inspiration!
At this point I just wanna be your friend. Your energy is contagious. Xo.
What a wonderful thing to say!!! Thank you! Sorry it took me ages to respond. I'm really moved xx
@ just being honest, love
These are all thoughts I’ve had but never been able to articulate. Your energy is so so beautiful. I needed this right now, and here you are. So much love from my heart to yours. ❤
Thank you so much! What a beautiful comment... really made my day! Have an incredible week ahead ❤❤❤
Very useful information ❤
@@majesea thank you so much! This really helps me decide on which topics to follow! X
Love you! Your perspective is very simple kind addition to our knowledge of ourselves which is told by an amazing character ❤

Just watching your channel gives me energy... thank you.
@@catlover-e3b I’m so glad to hear this!!! So motivated to create more videos now ^_^ bless you!
Thank you very much,i needed this,i feel very numb because of this fear of failing in creativity (writing) because it‘s the most important thing for me
I'm so glad you found some support here. You've got this! I hope you see your fear what it is now and find joy in your favourite craft asap. ❤️
Love ❤this Thank you 💗🎉
Thank you so much ❤️
😉👍❤️
very helping, thank you
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! xx
This video came to me right on time!
I'm so glad to hear this! Wishing you a creative week ahead! x
I love this! 10 guidelines that were clear and connected. Thank you. I keep a tracker space in my bulletin journal when for when I take the time to do something creative. It is very self confirming of how well I am creating a habit. I love the point of starting small, break it down. I am returning to my art practice after a long time ignoring it because, as you said, life happens. I am not creating huge expectations for my practice, but creating opportunities and space to do a little each day. Am I where I want to be with my art practice? No but I have the proof of trying. This makes it easier to keep going. Thank you for your vlog post!
I am so happy to hear you're creating again! Life does happen and I think of pauses as part of my practice now. I came down with a mild cold this week (husky voice in latest vid haha) and haven't finished this painting by the end of the month like I wanted to. But slowly-slowly. I'm cheering you on! ❤️
Definately not an easy feat.......and very costly, right?
Oumph! You can say that again. But the work comes with insurance and we're safe for at least another 10 years so it was worth it!
The colours you've chosen are so beautiful. So much difference, looks so bright.
Yaaaasss!!! Thank you so much for this. I was terrified the colour would be bland but it turned out very nice.
Wow! Your house is so unique😮.....I like to see the the process of your makeover😊
Thank you! It was fun dreaming it up with my architect in 2011 ❤️
Yes! enjoyed this video.😊😊😊
Thank you so much ❤️
Great content. Love your energy, beautiful self, and beautiful setting. But I find your continual use of big hand and arm movements very distracting, and unfortunately wound up listening instead of watching. I did subscribe!.
Maybe because of the camera angles, also wide angle shots.
Aw bless you! I DO move my hands a lot, don't I? I'll probably continue because I take up a lot of space but I'll make sure to keep my sound on point so you can always podcast my content ❤️
Nah I'm just annoying like that haha IRL too! I send things flying with my big hand gestures at parties etc.
@@aniafedorovaI personally love the big hand movements haha! It helps me stay engaged and give a ‘visual’ aspect to what you’re saying. However what distacted me a bit in the video was the side-shot where you’re not looking in the camera while talking to us, it feels slightly disconnective - but maybe that’s jusr me! Also love the rest of the video setting visuals etc!!
@@ameliaheart5091 agreed, I loved the big hand movements!! It helped my ADHD brain stay focused and tuned in to what you were saying.
i love words like 'crap' lol. great video and nice to see the ' be still and know that i am God' in the background 💝💝
Haha love the linguistic path we're embarking on here. Crap is such a funny little word, isn't it? Something crisp about it.
@@aniafedorova 😂🌸
Thank you so much for this wonderful gentle reminder of so so many important aspects when it comes to creative work!!! Have a lovely day! 🧡☀
Maya, thank you for your wonderful comment! I was a little under the weather, so it took me a while to reply. Wishing you a creative week ahead! ❤️
@@aniafedorova 💛☀
This is so well spoken and nicely edited I'm surprised you aren't more popular
Aw thank you so much! This means the world to me. xx
I so needed this! Been beating myself up for not keeping up my writing habit during a house move, this is helping me be kinder to myself ❤
Wow we can be hard on ourselves! A house move! Now tell me how will you celebrate everything you've done and gently bring your routine back when you've rested enough and feel ready?
This is helpful
Oh I'm so happy I could help! xx
thank you for this!!
so happy you enjoyed it! Thank you xx
"The 100% true feeling of a human being is not that attractive. The poetic version of that can be attractive." -- wow, that's deep.
Thanks a lot for reminding us about taking small steps and embracing the ugly. Finding someone who you can look up to is very appealing and actually a working idea❤As someone who’s got ADHD, all your tips are really precious 🎉I’ve also noticed that doing regular physical activity can greatly contribute to overcoming laziness. But the thing is it’s really difficult to make yourself do sports regularly😅
Thank you so much! Oh I can totally relate to struggling with a fitness regime! I just posted a new video on how to cultivate creative habits that last and there's a bit about Accountability there, I talk about it in this video too. My point: maybe you could really benefit from an exercise buddy to keep up with your routine?
@@aniafedorova Thanks, Anna! I'm gonna watch it in the nearest time possible as well as the rest of your videos. Despite being a brilliant idea , an exercise buddy might not be my thing, unfortunately:) My brain won't tolerate constant interaction and a sort of codependency with that "buddy". Or, I might actually stop making up excuses and give it a try🤔. Why not?!🤫I'll definitely reflect on that ! Thank you🤩
I love the way you describe things ♡
awww thank you so much ^_^
That painting looks awesome!
you are super kind! thanks so much! x
Commenting for the algorithm cause this setup alone is so pretty
OMG this video is doing better than all my previous ones. I'm sure it's your comment! Thanks a million!
There was a scientist who said that is really what people need to be creative. I was amazed, there is a science to it. Who knew!
so true! And so many techniques to boost / restore creativity too. Yet even knowing this I sometimes fall into old patterns of not allowing myself the rest I need.
All of those tips are actually useful, thank you so much) I especially like the "Embrace the ugly!"( I'm a chronic overthinker and being critical doesn't really help with the creativity)
So true! I'm really glad you found these useful and I understand you so well. I look smart on camera, but you know what? I still can't get to that painting! I'm honestly pretty tired from teaching, but I'm definitely going to try and "start small" this weekend. Let me know how your process goes. I'm cheering you on!
I love how your environment and decoration in general (including clothing and accessories) reflect your unique personality! That is something beautiful that I aspire to convey too in my daily life and personal projects. Thank you ♡
Thank you so much! Honestly, your comment is so kind and generous that I think you're already doing it -- your personality shines through and I'm very lucky to be a witness. I wish you all the very best with your projects!
This is a very fantastic interview, Eirik and Erlend turn out even greater persons than i thought
i would be freaking out played by them directly
