My kombucha making adventure in San Francisco! Recipe: 2 tblspn Organic black tea 12 cups Spring Water 1 cup Organic cane sugar Love!! Once the water was done boiling, I added in the tea leaves into the pot. Then turned down the temp to a simmer for 30min. Once btwn 80-85 degree F..Strained the tea into a glass container. Just searching for more information about this place since we were just there watching folks fill their bottles. We had an empty one-gallon jug so we filled and drank this pure water. A lady there was explaining the history of the place and that the water was tested safe many times.

3 years straight of only this water never been sick. Its anti inflammatory but you counter it with dairy meat and alcohol so if your healing hit it up! if not don't waste your time 🥑
