@@Dylanoma-d9k when youre putting in as much work as the guy who posted it is, its really not. He had to prep the work, paint it, then hes willing to do the wetsanding process which isnt even necessary, its just what people who are trying to get a perfect quality paint job do. So minimalizing the sanding he has to do is a huge plus. Ontop of that, if hes clearly putting in effort like that to get great quality finish, why wouldnt he want to use a better more up to date technique if all it takes is practicing some muscle memory? He also clearly took my advice as constructive criticism and not an insult. Which tells me his work is art to him, and any artist will gladly try something else that might improve their finished work.

@@corymartin1162 he’s wet sanding after cause he’s not coming up with a good finish off the gun.. flicking it will not help anything in regards to that.

@@Dylanoma-d9k hes wet sanding because theres no better finish to a paint job than a wet sand and buff and polish.. and.. yes? Thats my point? Flicking will NOT help in regards to that. You know what does though? Holding the spray pattern at the exact same angle accros the panel, and flicking disrupts that approach just slightly enough that professionals encourage a different method for a better initial finish that looks better and more consistent and requires less wet sanding. You clearly are not in the industry so why are you going to act like you know what you’re talking about.

@@grabasandwich no it’s a chevelle !Got the steering wheel out of a 70 gto that I bought for $400 to take the bucket seats,column and other parts out of !steering wheel was nicer than my Chevy one so decided to use until I get a better one

@@chasedaughtry1791 Pontiac steering wheel at the moment because it was nicer than the Chevrolet one !plan to get a nicer one down the road !got the steering wheel bucket seats and other parts out of a 70 gto I got for $400

I used their base Metallics on my Supra and didn’t have any problems !for the price it’s definitely worth it and the colors are super sick !never had a problem with them so far

@@kodlove5487 it’s called stitch welding and is done on drift/race cars to strengthen the chassis’s all is well 👍seam sealer can still be added

Yes I sold the Supra in 2000. Bought a 1992 Miata in good condition. Purchased a SR20 installed a new Turbo, ARC Intercooler, Super Intake box and 80 mm throttle body, JIC coil overs, Veilside wide body kit, Tomei Titanium exhaust, SSR Professor Spec B Wheels then got sponsored by Yokohama Advan for tires. Went Drifting on tracks and competed. Did well for 4 years, the third year we installed a RB25. Also had a Bubble hard top made from Japan also we did have a company in Orlando Florida custom a roll cage in it

@@TonyGBennet my guy you’re better off buying a different car do not pay that guy to do that 😭3.6k to replace a 01 Corolla engine is INSANE !you could find a running rx7,mr2 or any other still running Toyota for around or cheaper than that

@ Tbf the car itself is in pristine condition. But the engine was messed up due to age. It’s being replaced with a new engine that only has 32k miles and that’s well worth the 3.6k imo. I’m also about to be financing 2 teslas and putting them on Turo to help pay them off slowly, then keeping one for personal use and renting out the other

@@maxtheflsh I don’t and I’ve never really had any problems with paint on ground usually have a fan to push overspray out!mainly just feels a little sticky after from clear coat but nothing crazy
