When I was in rehab I got outed in group for being a miserable resentful (toward my dad) entitled shit head... I was told to write a letter of gratitude to my Dad and if I didn’t I was told to pack my shit and get the fuck out... The rest as they say is history.
Rehab 2007. A harsh lesson in self awareness.

There needs to be more videos like this about yoga. People just say the vague cliches about how it makes them a better person and more in tune with the life. They never provide specifics though. I think there needs to be more videos about people's realizations and perceptions through yoga. How they actually experience the concepts taught in philosophy, psychology, etc.
