Please, is the lining necessary? And what difference does it make if the lining is not used
Not really, it depends on the type of fabric you are working with. The lining is just there to give the skirt more stability and structure, so if you are working with a thick fabric, you may not necessarily need to use it

Thank you, I will be looking forward to your recreation 😊. 2 yards of fringe and yes you can use an 18 inches fringe , just subtract that from your full length to determine the length of the gown E.g Full Length - Fringe length 60 -18 = 42

@@Janiefoundation Just fold enough for you to measure the crown result from head circumference divided by 6.28 . You have to take your head circumference following the pictorial illustration that I attached, the 6.28 is constant for everyone.
