Getting back into the hobby after the new tcg app came out lol. I decided to revisit my collection and price check it. Turns out one of my fave cards is like $100 ungraded. Also another one of my favs is like $50. Both were rainbow secret rare mimikyus, which is one of my favorite pokemon. My luck really was crazy 😅

I opened 3 pokemon center ETBs for surging sparks and got the exact same hit totals as you did. 2 double rare EXs, 1 illustration rare, and 1 ultra rare in each box. At this point, nobody could convince me that the pokemon company isn’t seeding products with a certain amount of hits in each.

Art in prismatic evolutions is trash. Except for the umbreon SIR and the Meowth secret rare. Surging sparks will hold its value as it has soooo many better looking cards.

Sad that everyone outside US/UK can't buy from Pokemon center. Not fair at all :( Edit: But the PC-promos with the stamp are not as nice looking in my oppinion. The card-symmetry is off. But I see the stamp adds value, indeed. Edit

I can't wait to see the remaining 8 art rares of the eeveelutions. There will definitely be art rares of them and my supporting evidence is the promo. Not to mention in evolving skies they had the v and vmax. This set will have art rares of them and the Terra sir versions.

Trash, I bought a BB a week ago, caved into temptation and ripped. 15 hits but the hits wont cover the cost of 1 BB. And it wasn't any of the hits I wanted. Oh wells, gambling at its finest lol.

My 9 yr son pulled gold pika from our PC ETB. He was “let’s go”ing for like an hour straight. lol. Bonus. He let me have the promo.

I pulled the Pikachu sir in the one and only booster box I opened and was in the very last pack 😮‍💨 the rest of the box was mediocre but that little lightning mouse saved it for me!!! Going out to PSA as we speak!!!

Lisia dropped a ton already. I’m glad. I dont think any trainer should be over like 50 bucks tops. And the latias dropping from 200 to 170 and lower makes sense. It doesn’t seem like a 200 dollar card. There’s only 7 cards in sword and shield above 200 bucks. I’m keeping a close eye on the hydreigon. The moment it starts to shoot up, I’m gonna buy. I could see that being the second most expensive card in the set. Really unique card.
