When they started no take mpa's they promised it was a 3 year thing then they would open it back up . Now its over 20 years!
I think that the average citizen would agree that even at 5 years fish populations would improve enough to open them back up?
30% land conservation is great, so long as it is done with respect to private property rights.
We agree - all Californians (not just anglers and hunters) should have access to the outdoors for camping, recreation, and all other outdoor activities.

NM banned sidearm for a year or two like California does, a hunter got mauled by a bear and rules were changed back the following year...
...bear? Thats a tough way to go.
I remember reading the sidearm rules a few years back and they were clear about no side arm while hunting deer in archery season. The rules are specific enough to mention that CCW does not grant you the right to have a sidearm in that case.
