Dear all don't buy anything from Contabo, their service quality is now very poor i am their customer since 2017 with 13 servers but now their services is very bad, specially if anything happens on week end then they don't provide ANY support at all, so you have to wait for 2 days, YES TWO DAYS, my one of the server is down for more than 12 hours now and no help from them, they don't attend any phone call during weekend, YES CAN YOU IMAGINE that a data center service provider become unreachable for two days every week.

Contabo have issue on their server and for this issue i lost all of my site and files. Even i have called their customer support they are not supportive and did not give any solution to contact the support i have called them 76 times and then they pick the call and do not recover my files. If it is their issue then they should recover the server but they did not do this. I lose my business. I lose everything. I lost all the files. But they did not care. I lose 30000$ worth business and now i have to started from zero. This happened because of them. This only their server issue and for them i lose everything. I lost my business. I called them againa nd again but they just ignore and don't give any solution.

I took VPS Cloud 1 and I've been using it for the past 3 days but my experience is not that good. The server is frequently down. It seems to me that they're over promising about the specs.

If you want your VPS down for >12h every 6 months, then go Contabo.

Bought two VPS with them, answering to technical problems take a life, I put my website up, when working and paying some developers is just stopped, unplanned maintenance, then send two tickets in the last 24 hours no answer, I have paid marketing to promote my website but of course is dead everything l, I can't wait to save my website and go somewhere else their support is inexistent if you got tech problems, their servers are very slow and interrupted all the time, they are a joke in the field of hosting, I don't trust them anymore not even to test things out because they're lack responsibility, now I'm locked until they wake up to put online the server so I can take my work out and transfer everything, I would never ever buy anything again from them.
