Whoops..I accidentally left out 3 ingredients in the last SCC video! Let's try this again! Ingredients: 2 Cups of Sugar 1 Cup of Dark (or light) Brown Sugar 2 Cups of Butter 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla 3 Cups of Flour 2 Teaspoons of Baking Soda 2 Teaspoons of Cream of Tartar 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt (if you used salted butter, omit the salt) 1 Cup of Chopped Pecans

But also still being kind and patient and not being upset when those retail/fastfood/etc workers maybe aren’t seeming as kind and friendly as you are… they are tired!!!! Smiling and keeping an upbeat friendly attitude all day long for 8 hours can be SOOOO exhausting ❤️ I remember in retail by the end of the day I would be so tired and customers would complain that I had an attitude… I really truly didn’t, I just was so exhausted by the end of running around for 6+ hours 😢 I didn’t have the energy to be upbeat anymore! 💔 but I loved that some customers would be so understanding and patient, and I didn’t even need smiles from them or anything like that either- just patience! 🫶
You never know who has a chronic illness or is going through a hard time in their lives or just got in a fight with their partners or who got disappointing news… I try to never judge unless a person outright gives me some serious attitude like talks down to me in a sarcastic voice or something LOL then I’m like… ok uncalled for hahahaha
I totally get it! Every day is a blessing that we get another opportunity to be the light!
Amen!!! I always say, you never know the battles people are fighting.....be compassionate.
