Sticky Fingers Scalemodels Sweden
Швеция
Добавлен 11 июл 2020
Follow me on my journey with scalemodels. I started to build scalemodels in mid December 2019 and started up this channel in July 2020.
For every full build I am doing here, I will give it a score. So when time passes by we will get a long list with all the scores for each modell.
Buildning scale 1/32 and 1/48 but not smaller.
"If the model fits in your sprayboth - then it's to small"

Mashinen Krieger - CAMEL
Back with a new format!
Hope you like the new format and this is a super nice model to build if you are into Sci-fi. It is the Mashinen Krieger Luna Tactical Reconnaissance Machine LUM-168 , CAMEL from Hasegawa in scale 1/20.
I know that a brush is a brush and not an pencil, I know that a stash is a stash and not a stack :)
Enjoy, and feel free to feed me with feedback regarding this new format :)

I meant no disrespect, you have wonderful modeling skills, I love the Swordfish, but I’d like to see more modeling/time as would others. Of course pertinent comment, but I fancy that this is your style.. and that’s ok!! I’ll be keeping an eye out! Healthy criticism is always good my friend!!
Way too much talking,
Way to bad comments...
fruktansvärd modell att bygga
En riktig skitmodell :)
The old modeling rule is: Try three times, glue once. You're clearly not a good modeler. It's not good that you're showing frustration. A good modeler can't make a beautiful model out of a set like that. You're setting a bad example for others. Any gluer can throw you out. A modeler wouldn't do that. No offense, but that's my opinion. Do something more peaceful and don't hold an axe near you🫣😱
My opinion is that your opinion just sucks. Live with it and just scroll by...
I went through a similar situation with the Hasegawa Sea King. Sometimes, it just don't work out.
I feel your pain. Right now I'm building the AH-6J and it's like 2 completely different teams designed the kit: 1 for the details and 1 for the assembly.
The boxing might be 10 years old from the time of this video but the kit itself is much older originally boxed as the F-15C/D which would allow you to build either the fighter version of the kit or the 2 seat trainer version. And the picture you had in the background earlier was a F-15C from the 27th FS 1st FW Langley AFB my dad served with the 27th's sister squadrons at Langley the 94th and 71st FS's from 1982-1993. He retired from the Air Force in 1993 after a 20 year career with the last 11 years at Langley.
You did an excellent job, but why did you not sand the joints on the top and bottom fuselage.
I don't get all the good reviews for this kit. Mine had huge problems with getting the cowlings and engine to sit properly, along with a short-shot rudder and landing gear strut. The pipes did not align with the engine cylinders at all
Thats weird, I gave it 70% of 100% . The wings was the biggest problem for me as i remember it.
My dude, I’m sorry but that music is so off-putting it clashes HARD with the video
No problems, i have stoped doing videos so you dont have to worry about that in the future.
Great build, bad soundtrack. The music was too distracting.
Excellent build, subd. I really love the weathering chipping etc. You said you used chipping fluid? What are you using for that? Your video was excellent except as others have mentioned the music.
Do you put the paint at the end of the building ?
I have this kit waiting to be built. If it ends half as good as this I'll be happy! Great camo job sir, and a really fine build. Thank you, best regards from England.
Great video, just wondered what paint you chose to use and what you used to get the panel lines so visible. THanks.
I used tamiya panelline that is just for that purpose. But you can use black artist oil paint that you delut with white spirit.
No the models are great it's just the music
The music spoils the video
Good that i stopped making videos and models then.
Great work! Thank you for the video. As someone mentioned about the music, I didn't mind the music so much, but the volume of the music was much louder than your voice. One suggestion is to listen to videos through headphones before uploading (maybe you've done this already since it's a year old), but anyway, mainly I wanted to let you know I enjoyed your build. Great looking results. 👍
This requires a lot of precision and patience. You made this very well. I like !
Their reboxes keep going up in cost!🙄 Jman
Is there a certain reason this song is in multiple Maschinen Krieger videos? Lol. Also..I’m really curious to try one of the newer Ma.k kits..bc the vintage ones from nitto, although awesome, have TONS of work needed. They fit bad and need lots of putty and lots of sanding.
Cool diorama but that music made it almost unbearable!
looks really good it came together really well in the end
would he be able to withstand the su34 with full war gear?
How does it floating like that ??
Outstanding paint job! I have just bought this model and thanks for all of the assembly advice. Keep up the fantastic work 👍👍
Maybe scale modeling isn't for you. I had no issues with the one I built and have 10 more in the stash to complete. Other than a few issues with the instructions and some inaccurate details, the fit was excellent.
I have this kit in my stash so I'm looking forward to part two.
Fantástica aula de modelismo. Parabéns
May I ask which yellow color do you use? Thanks
Tamiya regular yellow, dont remember the colorcode.
Great build!
¿Is this 1:48 or 1:72 ??
Nice!!
Really happy to see you return , keep up the great work. really enjoyed this build
Thanks Norman!
You asked for feedback so here it goes. I'm not a fan of the music, both the musical style and the volume is a bit too high. But that's just my personal taste. The video could have been a few minutes shorter but again, that's just my preference. I know how difficult it is to put all the work that went into a model into a short video 😅 That said, it's great to have you back! It's been almost a year! What I like most about your channel is the variety of subjects - planes, cars, submarines, dioramas and now Sci-fi! The new video format is great, I like how you give more comments on the building process. The model itself looks awesome, I especially like the detail in the cockpit and all the chipping! It's also a nice touch that you put it on a little base. Can't wait for what's next - how about a colourful jet, for example a Tigermeet scheme? I love these 😊 Oh and once you finally finished reading this long comment, you probably already reached 1000 subscribers so congratulations, you really deserve it 😁
Only 997 :) Yes, the soundlevels and the music was not the best pick - I rushed a little bit to much. Thanks for feedback and I think i got an ace in my sleeve for the next project :)
@@StickyFingersScalemodelsSweden Can't wait!
What did you use to paint the white waves?
It is clear water from Ammo if i remember it correctly.
amazing idea - magnets
I didn't like it. Not very accurate cuts sometimes and some parts were hard to glue. A so so model for me.
i disagree with the description. this is a great project and i would love to have these skills.
What a pity any modeler could have assembled it without problem
Hi, I've just found your channel and subscribed. Looking forward to following your build. I have just started the Ebbro 2CV Pickup
Thanks! I am on a pause but will soon start again :)
Great vid! Subbed! I think the ‘R’ stands for ‘Rüstsätze’ meaning ‘field conversion’ or sth like that. This was also true for the Bf 109 R1 bomb rack - 1x 250 kg bomb (SC = Sprengbombe Cylindrish - HE bomb) R2 bomb rack - 4 x 59kg bomb R3 300 litre drop tank R4 2 x 300 litre tanks R5 2 x 30mm underwing pods (gondolas)? R6 2 x 20mm ditto R7 some kind of primitive radar
Typo - 50kg
@@pauljames5379 Ok, did not know that! Thanks :)
where can u get something to weigh down the front of the model?
I used lead weight from fishing gear. Make sure to choose a heavy one. I don't remember the exact weight, it's in the assembly manual. Mine is a bit too light. 😖
You’re adding metallic chipping to canvas and wood. Metal was used I just two area- the engine cowling, and at the wing roots. Research is kinda important when you build anything.
Find you thanks to my good friend Starfish. Seen you BSG model, thats wait I hope this year in workbench me too. I have some different model-Revell one. And you have some interesting staff here! Well, I think, we small youtubers must be stick together-so instant like and subscribe comes here! Be safe and healthy!
Thank you so much!
