Welcome,
This is a simple gaming channel from an older/lifelong gamer to help pass a bit of time. There’s nothing fancy, just gameplay footage of some of the many games both old and new that I enjoy playing on my PlayStation 5.
I’m no pro gamer by any means, I just enjoy playing video games in their simplest/easiest form just for the fun of playing them and to chill out for a few hours at the end of each day after a long day at work. This also gives me something to look back on in the future, when the one day comes, that I have to hang up my controller 😂.
There is no set routine to as and when I upload content, it’ll be purely when I have some time to edit and upload.

Well we made it to the end of the game, really enjoyed this one. As frustrating as the last two missions were, but we love a bit of a challenge. Over all great game, and thanks for all your views on this one I really appreciate it. See you in the next one.

This mission was sooooo frustrating, its a good job there was no mic and commentary. The air was very blue at times.

What is an optional border?
If u mean in the settings, you can pick the surrounding border of the game screen. You can pick the arcade machine as I do, or a standard flat border or no border at all.
@@wardyx360 No. The cabinet literally says "optional border".
It’s be the name the game has given it, never even noticed it until you’ve mentioned it. In the settings you get to pick an optional border to surround the game screen. So I chose the arcade cabinet look.

I hate to burst a bubble, but that's not the isle of man race course, it looks like its AI generated random scenery, ive lapped the IOM course, and had to memorise the course, because to travel at speed, you kneed to know where, and when, the next corner is coming, even the mile marker boards are missing
Dude it’s a video game, and this video is just showing some of the many courses in the game. It sounds like you just want to tell the world you’ve been around the IOM course. Which to be fair is something on my bucket list so nice one for doing that 👍. But no one has ever stated this is the TT course, it’s just something that’s in the game. It’s a video to show the game is now playable on the PS5 which it wasn’t at launch. Hope you have a good Christmas 🎅🏻
how is it WARDY?? hey does it have the Motion Sensor option? The Motion Sensor is a Godsend for those of us who dont' have a wheel...the MS is almost perfect...the only racing game I know of that DOES have the MS option is GTSport and when I found out about it....my Racing world chenged instantly.....NO MORE PS4 controller breaking my hands trying to steer a car at 180mph....those joysticks messsed my thumbs UP!! Now every new raing sim that comes out thats the FIRST thing I checkfor is that MS....and guess what....none of them have it avaliable! I just dont understnd why they wont put it in for us...its such a Nice option to have and very usefull...belive me I have vented enough about it to SONY and everybody else surely they will hear my screams!! hahah
GT Sport is the only driving game I’ve come across that uses the motion sensor to steer. And it is a great feature one you get the hang of it. Defo think more games could do the same.
GRID I do not have, but have always wanted to check it out. How is it compared to like GTSport or PC2? Looks pretty sick!
I like the GRID games, and I think there very underrated. They are really good arcade races. Both GRID and GRID Legends are both fun to play.

i think you got every game that I have!! haha love me some PC2. oldschool but its still a great game. PC2 is the game that got me hook on racing. Before PC2 i didn't know ANYTHING about racing. I drove the Sauber back in 2019 and instantly was hooked. Went from PC2 to F12019 and then to GTSport and on and on hhaha Now i've raced everything under the sun...

so hows GT7? been thinking about getting it...i use to be a GTSport maniac on the PS4... I'd get in VR and get my 80s Beasts like the Sauber and the MAZDA 787B ... NISSAN R92CP... JaguarXJR-9...etc..anything that was pushin 1000hp and head to Nurburgring. GTSport in VR was insane.....check myPage...got some great cars plus their settings. Is GT7 worth getting? def looks good...
I’m enjoying GT7, but I’m not playing it as much as I thought I would. I play more ACC than GT7 at the min. And I’m looking at getting WRC Generations in the next few weeks
@@wardyx360 I have ACC but I havent installed it on PS5 yet....RIDE4 been taking up all my time ;) I might install it....last time i was on ACC I was on PC...what is WRC??

I just dl IOM 2 on my ps5 today...hey is there any way to adjust the brightness and contrast? Ride 4 does look a bit better...both have pros and cons...im going back and forth between the two....
I’m the same I switch between the two games, but I find myself having more fun playing IOM.

No bud, the only display options are what you want or not want to see ind the HUD while playing and a few camera view options.

Good to see it's now compatible with PS5 as it's 9.99 on PS Store at the moment from 39.99. Thanks for the update video. Looks cool and the free roam mode is really welcome. Wish more sportbike games offered it.

There’s no PS5 Version, this is the PS4 Version played on the PS5. But originally the game wouldn’t play on the PS5

Yeah, I’d like to see some DLC, sidecar racing would be good. And updated riders and team livery’s etc. And even a proper next gen version of the game.

I absolutely love this game. Currently my record on the main isle of man tt course is 16.32 with the Norton v4 and with no assists except the racing line. But I feel like they could add more to this game like more bikes such as Yamaha R1 and the legendary Ninja H2R and so on. Maybe even an electric race bike would be cool. Also the bike tunig could be tweaked a bit and other things. Haven't gotten my hands on a PS5 yet so idk how is this on that. Some minor things are also that in some of the bikes the rpm lights on the dash dont light up but in some games they have alot more details on the next gen consoles so that is what I'm hoping for. They could also add like a wheelie mode or smt where you press a button and you can do wheelies easier etc. But anyway I love this game so much and definetly is one of my top racing games ever. So addicting like the wind noise and the feel of speed. This game really gives you an idea what kind of insane lunatics those guys are who do this irl.

Graphics aren't everything mate.
I play both. But Isle of Man just something bout the speed wind and skill. Unlike Ride 4 on Isle you gotta use that left stick like a pilot rotate it forward and backward and NW and NE. SE and SW to perfect corners. I love playing in the bubble view you can really get close to corners and hug em.
Agree, Isle of Man has something about it. Like you say the sense of speed and the wind noises. It can be kinda addicting to play once you got the hang of the controls.
@@wardyx360 Way Addicting. You just wanna go Faster and Faster and Faster. I have beatin my records over and over climbing to the top. I'm actually 20th place on Atrium speed track. One of my big accomplishments. Lol. Haha.
I play in bubble view. The absolute best way to play. You can hug them corners like these guys do in REAL LIFE . Head as close to the wall as possible. Hugging them corners.
I like the thrill when you run the fast corners full throtle on the isle of man. My record is a 15m 01sec on a Honda 1000cbr.
The graphics don’t seem that good compared to ride 4
Ride 4 is graphically brilliant, especially on the PS5. and I’ve played it quite a lot. but I just can’t get into Ride 4 at all.
Graphics not but physics are way better especially in helmet cam

Camera views in the 2nd game are not as good as in the 1st game.
