Would it be possible to add a second bed to accommodate 4 people? Also, could you make the back ramp into a patio area? We would be using this for harescrambles/ moto races and I’m trying to overcome friction points with my wife! We have a gladiator and a JLU so this would allow us to use either one!

Needs a rear hitch, and get a better flat top griddle.

We have a 2022 Sunlite same color as this one. We really enjoy it.

You move too fast; it makes me dizzy. When doing a video, move your camera slower.

My only problem with this rig is the lack of big slide open windows, we want more cross breeze

I'm not crazy about the color scheme. The off white couch and ottoman, the dark brown cabinetry surrounding it and the tan/light brown dual recliners with the rest of the interior being light gray is very odd. There's too much going on there with the colors and way too 70's looking.

I'm not into 5th wheels, but this one got me pondering what it would be like to own one.🤔

Wife and I bought this trailer, the 2024 edition, early in 2024 and have camped in it many times. Surprisingly full featured for such a tiny camper. Has everything we need, and can be pulled easily with our small SUV. With a good single battery, you can go two full days boondocking. If you used the fridge as an icebox you could probably boondock for up to a week. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout, with very good QC, especially for a trailer this inexpensive.

I love the 3610, on my wish list. NorthPoint or 3610, it will be a tough call. The only think I dislike on the Brinkly, is the island is a foot far in the living room. When your sitting in you right side lazy boy, the island is hiding a section of the fireplace. Also why not a drop frame...

Intechs are premium. However, I’d like to see them with a 1) Tankless water heater 2) Much larger fridge w/freezer 3) Fantastic fans 4) tank heaters throughout with switch 5) covered underbelly 6) no wet bath. 7) Three burner with oven. It would be the ULTIMATE RV imo. For $41k is lacking those items.

A large fan for the vent in the bedroom and a vent + large fan is needed in the kitchen area.

Fyi, if you could relay to builders, CPaps have to be below the bed. I hear people saying if there is storage over the bed you can drill a hole for thw cpap hose etc. this one the cpap would actually fit in the side cabinet next to the bed. Love this one! Id take one of ouch out and make an office work space. Just the two of us and have one in case of visitors

Really appreciate you demonstrating the table / desk placements. I don't think I have seen anyone else actually show how the table moves. They always just show the picture or show screenshots of it in different positions. Good work!!!

Loved the RV, but could you slow down in moving the camera. You made me dizzy.

I love the front living room layout, but tired of nearly every manufacturer having ZERO creativity when it comes to what is in each room. Example: The opposing couchs are simply a waste of space IMHO. Why not put in a cool U-shaped couch or L-shaped couch? Do something different!

I have had the 2024 model now for 2 months. I don't pull mine however. I leave it on my property in another state for when I am there every other weekend. The trailer amazing in basically every way. The kitchen is big and useful. The countertops along the wall is as it should be...with the seating area near the door...awesome. Islands in an RV are useless. The stairs to the LR on the opposite side of the door is what I liked the most. My front door is a black glass door. I see they went to a normal door for 2025. The pantry is huge and very useful. I like the 2024 better than the 2025 as far as colors inside and a few other items. IE: The 2025 does not have glass panels in the cabinet doors like the 2024 model. Overall, it is a very, very comfortable and well laid out unit.

Normally I don't watch RV channels as my daily thing, So speaking from the position of an outsider it really seems to me that the RV manufacturers are finally realizing that this is the new American Dream rather than a house and white picket fence because this is about all we can afford anymore.

Damn! I have had my eyes on a 109 for sometime but that build quality on the roof, away from where MOST people will see is total garbage. Would never purchase one seeing that crap quality up top.
