Great footage, but illegal. Posting on RUclips is maybe a bad idea. I was there, and the Mini 3 pro you used, while less than .55 lbs, can cause lacerations.

1st of all, I've lived here for 25 years and vacation here and you come here vacationing for the remaining 33 years of my life for a total of 58 years. And that picture is NOT west Lake Okoboji. Miller's Bay is 100% developed. This picture is not! This area is about families and Safe Community. The DNR around here would never allow this size of a party to happen on the Lakes. Not now not ever! This man's journalism is wrong and false! He is promoting us as something we are not.

did you have to get permission to fly your drone? we are trying to bring ours but we are being told we have to get a permit and fill out an application to bring it into their country but I read you don't need a permit or anything as long as its under 5 pounds which our drone is. I am to the point where I just want to say screw it and just take the risk
Shanna Crone you don't have to but I did just to be safe. Never had an issue with flying down there! If you want I used UAV systems international to fill out the application, it was 50$. I recommend taking it!!!
@@dronographyiowa thats who I have been emailing but they keep asking for my identity number or passport and I don't feel comfortable to give that thru an email, they won't send me the application until I give them that information.
