We have a 2019 regular Encore. In 6 years it's never needed service of any kind. Great reliability. It's not exactly fast, but it's no slouch either. Wonderful fuel economy. And the interior materials and fit/finish are superb. We love this car.

Recently bought one 2025 pilot and done for forever. Barely AC and heat come from third row vents, I assume they removed rear HVAC system. My kids have hard time on this vehicle. I recommended not to buy until they fixed rear ac and heating system.
