If the lvl30 joins the lvl40 then they gain the xp benefit from the lvl40's directive setup.

the map setup on this video still works just as its always done, if its not working for you i would guess you have not unlocked one of the secret side mission which would cause bountys in west end not to spawn in easily farmable area in downtown west.

have you farmed some bounties??? They don't just magically appear! you get them from public executions or hostage rescues.😃

@@lucasAvilaS downtown west bounties will always spawn there as long as you activate them were I show you in the video, only west end bounties need a particular map setup which I should in another video.

@@mathewottesen3008 no but you need to make sure you discover the 5 secret side missions as one is in west end, if you miss this one it won’t work.

@@blaedmon thanks man, remember you don’t need to do anything for downtown west bounties, you only need a map setup for west end bounties to spawn in the same place.

@@costa8666 farm more bounties! As I said use it in addition to your existing xp farming just maybe prioritise public executions in downtown west! Once you stack enough just do it again.

@@alexanderlevitch6221 each public execution drops a bounty on completion as long as you save the hostage, then just abort the bounty to save it for later.

@@v1rtualzz I understand that you get a bounty, but how to get them specifically to stack up in that particular area. for example, i get tons of bounties added to other sectors like Federal triangle etc... because when you do the Hostage and it drops a bounty its activated who knows where in another sector. so the question is Which hostage points/in which sector do I need for their bounties to stack specifically in the sectors that you showed... thanks!

@@alexanderlevitch6221 Complete PE's in downtown west, pick up the bounty - go to your map - highlight the bounty - click go to details - click abort bounty. this then cancels the bounty and saves it for later.

@@Reaper-xw4ji for west end bounties you need the other map setup I show in a previous video, only downtown west bounties will spawn there on a regular map.

@@keithmiles4415 I use the chatterbox so I don’t run out of ammo as much but you can use any weapon. There is also an ammo box in that area for an easy refill.

I think I understand now. You can either farm downtown West public executions and stack up your bounties to be able to use them to spawn here. Or you can make a new character and not do any of the side missions. In turn, when activating a bounty (any bounty from anywhere on the map?🤔) Forces them to spawn here.

@@dirtnastigarage1106 nearly!! If you have a map without the side missions completed both downtown west and west end bounties will spawn in the same area.😀

@@tinomartinez6410 everytime you clear a public execution as long as you save the hostages they will drop you a bounty. Cancel the bounty on the map screen to save for later.

Nah, there was exploits about a year+ I get 100 levels a day when there's events. You can do very easily if you can manage all 5 directives

One of the OGs in the game, it's only natural to have high shd

@@tonisins That area seems to be problematic in getting them to spawn to the right of the safe house, when it works it’s a good farm.
