For the shovel part, remember they dressed as Janitors, for a hotel so big, the company wouldn't know that they weren't workers because they worn the janitors costumes, that was why that worker at the car garage that met them, didn't know they weren't workers.... That was used to portray that part. Wearing the janitors costumes will give them access to the store room where brooms, mops, shovel, rakes, anything used for cleaning is being kept. How did they have access to that place? Remember the groom is an influential person, so they would not be questioned when walking around the hotel, they must have entered the restricted area meant for only staff, and must have gotten the janitors costume from there and the rest.
