Do you think Miko cares too much about others ? Or do you think she's battling her depression the right way by trying to get involved in the lives of people affected by the spiritual world ? I'm genuinely curious, because half the time she helps, she either gets horrified or worsens her situation later. I really don't know. I'm more used to ask for help for my problems or wait them out.

I like this AMV and song. I keep picturing Miko with a rope around her neck whenever I visualize her story's end. Her powers seem a metaphor for depression, which she clearly has due to her grief (how she's not seeing a psychiatrist yet is beyond me). And she doesn't seem to be winning, simply more accepting of the idea whatever happens, happens. What do you think ?

Not you Miko, that's for sure. Well, maybe in the manga. Can someone give me some sort of summary of what happens after the season 1 finale ? I know of the tranfer student (I think unlike the teacher, that one's actually up to something, since her spirit doesn't surround her, but rather covers her), and I hear Miko is hit by a truck. Oh ! And she evolves in her powers, defeating the Shrine's gods, meeting a new medium who's older and more experienced (finally, someone who can actually help her). But I don't know anything else, such as if her dad still thinks she doesn't see him, what are her friends up to, how did she meet the old woman, and is she still unaware what spirits are good, and which are bad.

Finally kingdom getting the attention it always deserved man I’ve been reading the manga since 2016 and it’s 🔥🔥🔥 and I’ll say anime is fairly good but the it doesn’t do justice to the manga……the manga is God-tier I’ve never been so into anything
