I don't understand these companies😂 I mean when nothing is major changes in upcoming models so why these guys launch every year?? This makes no sense, why they making fool of their coustomers....why you guys launch every year....?? There should be a difference of at least 2 to 3 years to upgrade. And the company should give something good in it too, so that people buy it and they don't regret it.

Dji failed for new releases, no body is gonna wait for dji to buy , GoPro here and can’t wait to buy, if dji released early summer maybe they might make money on it but you are not greater than GoPro, so they failed in my opinion

The new GoPro 13 Black just came out this morning and I was surprised to see they didn't go to a larger sensor. They stayed at 1/1.9. I'll be buying the new DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro!

Not groundbreaking. I have my Hero 9 and have not used it and probably won't use it again. GoPro is hilarious. They are in a rutt and I'm surprised they are still in business.

GoPro is The worst action camera , is stales all the time (freezers). Battery life was bad with . The is no fast charging

I hope they still have the timecode in the metadata, so you can use multiple cameras in various angles and sync them easily. I've used the GoProLabs firmware in Hero 7-11 for multicam shoots and viewing all angles simultaneously with FutureVideo's Multi-View HD Pro 2 software. Hero 12 had the capability to sync either by QRcode or LTC.

Hmmm. Sounds cool I’ll keep my GoPro 12, and likely get an Ace Pro. I really like my GoPro in good light, but I don’t love the performance in low light so I’ve been eyeing the ace pro for that. I highly doubt that anything from other companies will best the Ace pro in low light until it’s successor comes out. The Ace pro is only $349 now. And it probably will go even lower if they release these new cameras.

This is very interesting, especially the lenses, but doesn’t really compel me to upgrade from the GoPro Hero 12. I got the GoPro hero 12 for my birthday earlier this year and I love it for just throwing in my bag and having it as a quick on the go tiny video camera. I don’t really use it as an action camera although I have taken it in the pool a few times and I love that I don’t have to really worry about it being fragile. The only thing I really don’t like about is the low light performance, so I have my eyes on the Ace Pro, especially if they come out with a new one because the price will likely drop on the OG. I also am interested in the Osmo pocket 3 for vlogging. Lots of great little cameras out there and the good news is with all these new cameras coming out, prices should be dropping on the older models! Interesting that the action 5 is not gonna be that much of an upgrade?! I was expecting it to be something really cool.

I just want a GoPro that is waterproof when you use external audio. It isn't complicated, just allow a wireless mic to connect without the comedy media mod. I don't want gps, I was there so I know where I am. I tried the insta360 Ace Pro and the video was truly awful compared to my GoPros. The low light performance on the insta360 is awful as it removes all control and is an over sharpened and over saturated mess and even on an overcast day it needs to be in it's low light shooting mode.

Yeay nothing to truely beat the other cameras. No bigger sensor better low light. Im sure the same buggy app and downloads. They might, might got over heating figured out thats a maybe. Where other aren't have nearly as many problems with that. Hope for better film rates. Not frames a some low resolution. Who running this company. I realy hope they would get it together. But now i would buy all new stuff, i will be looking other bands for sure. They just don't have a clue.

All I care about is low light performance. I wanna make videos in the evening too without compromising quality.
