I read your description, that’s absurd. No cop should get paid on leave, but if they are found innocent, then they get back pay? How’s that fair? If they’re innocent, and didn’t get paid, that late pay means they could’ve lost their house, may be in debt etc. and they were innocent.

Videos like this are proof that the police won't help you. Look at how that police officer REFUSED to arrest the aggressive loss prevention employee for battery. If I detained a janitor or gardener inside of my house and choked him out like that, the police would arrest me even if the individual was guilty of theft. This is proof that the police serve big business, not the people. They let Winco Foods staff violently assault shoplifters, but if a homeowner detains a burglar like Ahmaud Arbery, the police arrest you and throw you behind bars.

Just use your firearm on the aggressive loss prevention employee. If more people stood up to LP, they would be AFRAID to lay hands on us. What's the D.A. going to do? Charge the entire town with "robbery" for standing up to big business? In fact, even if the victim being choked out by the Winco Foods loss prevention staff used his 2nd amendment right, I highly doubt the D.A. would prosecute since no jury in the country would consider self-defense to be a robbery
