The loot is bad obviously because he's in normals
That's really show the real problem in the game.

nice enough time to loot him and dip without pile? not bad tho!! how did u get to him tho!!!
if you jump into the abyss in 2 of the rooms on the first floor of ice caves towards the end of the timer (last 2 minutes or so), you go down to a deeper and more dangerous level and the wyvern is in the middle once you jump up a series of rocks

I don't I have died to a single enemy player this entire wipe.
We figured out later that lich cannot be damaged during the adds spawn or circle summon causing torment mastery to not trigger.
