Have u played streets of rage 4?
Which one’s the most effective?
to be honest the most effective one is the one that you use that the RNG plays best with. Personally I like the first one the most that LordKianster came up with. If i am low health I would use the ETgoHAM strat and hope that I get the good RNG with this one.

You should try speedrunning as Max in Streets of Rage Remake.
