Hello, you should be able to run CATIA V5 with that setup. I am not sure how smoothly though, the more detailed large models may have some lag. Thanks for watching!

@@arshadshaik5565 if I am not mistaken, the Intel Iris XE graphics card should be able to run CATIA V5 and other related CAD software without too many issues. I guess you can always try!

Hello, I hope you have solved this issue but if not, a few things to check: 1. Ensure there are no constraints applied to that point. 2. Ensure that no command is currently enabled within the User Selection Filter toolbar. This toolbar contains point, curve, surface, box icons. If you cannot locate the toolbar you may have to right click somewhere within the toolbars and check User Selection Filter.

Thanks for watching and absolutely, for the purposes of this tutorial it was not performed but you can essentially sketch one half of the snap ring and then use the Mirror command.

@@2D3DTechnologies thank you for your answer! is it only possible to "mirror"? im was using creo and there you have a button called "equal" you can mark 2 straights/edges or two circles and make them always equal in lenght or radius. if you dimension one of them the other one is also constraint to that length/radius

@@HannyDart You're welcome! Ah yes, I believe you are referring to what is called Symmetry in CATIA V5. After selecting the sketch entities, you can do this manually with the Constraints Defined in Dialog Box command. The Mirror command is performed in the V-Block tutorial, which also generates symmetry constraints; ruclips.net/video/7NdsVskOkAg/видео.html.

@@somebrownguy07 I believe I understand, you probably would have to "fake" the flexible hose pieces as CATParts in an CATProduct then manipulate within the Assembly Design Workbench or use Laws possibly.
