Three Bits of Advice:
Say no sometimes: Don't over-commit to things. Don't commit too quickly. You are able to put yourself first and say no to things.
Use Your Resources: Colleges and universities have tons of resources. Ask your professors questions. They will answer your questions most times if you ask. There are many off-campus resources too. You simply have to seek them out.
Take Care of Your Health: Take the mental health day if you need to. Take advantage of your ADA accommodations. You deserve to feel well during all the challenges and transition...
