"The Sleeping" is a beloved, NY-based post-punk band that has been making a name for themselves in the music scene since their formation in 2003. Led by the powerful and versatile vocals of Doug Robinson and supported by the dynamic musicianship of Sal Mignano on bass, Cameron Keym on guitar/keyboards, and Joe Zizzo on drums.
The band's sound is characterized by a unique blend of alternative rock and post-punk influences. Their live performances are known for their emotive, high-energy and tight-knit sound. With 4 records released till now, starting with "Believe What We Tell You" in 2004, followed by "Questions and Answers" in 2006, which was their most popular record, then "What it Takes" in 2009, and "The Big Deep" in 2010.
In 2023, The Sleeping reunited with their original lineup and released a new album titled, "I Feel Like I'm Becoming a Ghost" on 8/18/2023. They sold out a comeback show with Finch and blasted off on tour with rock legends Sunny Day Real Estate.

You guys instrumental in my ability to grieve the loss of my cousin 09/29/2006. He was the closest thing to a brother I've ever had. Questions & Answers literally kept my head up and pushing forward.
