What I like about this house: simple yet elegant, no unnecessary cladding or embellishments (nakakasawa na ang fluted panels, tama na!). Straight lines, no dramatic chandeliers, full baths in every bedroom, huge balcony, plenty of cross ventilation. The flat roof gives way to solar panels, if the new owner decides to go that route. What I don't like: for the 37.5M, the closets in the bedroom could have been built-in, instead of modular, no built-in speakers for ambient music all throughout the house, no CCTVs, sloped driveway provides little to no space for outdoor entertainment in the yard. I think the sloped driveway will be a challenge to make this a quick sale. Interested parties will ask for a price lower than 30M. Just my thoughts.
