hi. i have 5225dn. i have this error for 2 years. (turn off then on, reinstall itb) i printed less than 2k pages and is new printer. i must open and close the right door for many times to fix this error. how i can fix it please

I have same Model Printer, In tray 2 A3 paper installed, and side tray 1, A4 Paper installed, when i want to print, A3 Print, i have to Remove A4 Paper from Tray 1, isn't there any solution, that both tray i keep papers, and from my computer, when i will select A3 it will take A3 paper from Tray 2, and when i want to print A4,, printer should take A4 paper from Tray 1. Need solution.
