Mines is full of oil, it will run for about 30 minutes then it will shut off with an oil light. Any idea what that might be?

I have a generator that won’t run because of a low coolant sensor level. It’s actually on the radiator. Mine is 3 wires and I’m assuming the 2 blacks should be closed loop unless low. Mine has a white in the middle so I’m going to back pin the 2 blacks together. Should work or short something out. Lol.

Does not work on most newer trucks. The sensor is magnetic.

Coolant reservoir has a magnet inside.. it gets stuck look at reservoir near the sensor. You should see a dark spot near the sensors location.. tap tap tap from outside with a medium quench or tool.. DONT Hammer it Hard . You only want to knock it loose .. you will see it float back up .. if it's the sensor very easy fix but I'd the mag is stuck even a new sensor won't stop the alarm or lights on dash... with the mag free and floating replace sensor or R/R with new sensor. Prob solved. Replace reservoir soon but thus will buy a good amount of time weeks maybe months before ... if the mag will not fee up.. remove the sensor but keep it connected to wire. Tape a small magnet to the tip of the sensor, cover with a plastic bag or rubber glove and zip tie closed to keep water out of wiring.. then zip to a secure place away from fan orw moving parts this will buy you a day or two to get a new reservoir. Reservoir is $150ish on Amazon sensor is !around $30. Change your coolant filter while your at it $20. Save collant or drain and refill with fresh 50/50 approx 3 gal
