We should have been away to North Wales for a romantic weekend in a forest lodge to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary today but Eunice put paid to that plan. Once, when my husband was away for a couple of days, I completely redecorated our bedroom. This meant dragging out all the furniture, painting the walls cream instead of purple, putting it all back again. I waited and waited when he got home. “You going to change?” I said, “I’ll have a cup of tea first” says he. Kuh! Wait wait. Eventually he disappeared. I know he’d been in there. Did he notice? He did not! Even when I asked if he’d noticed anything. Nope! Typical.

What could possibly go wrong...

Well it’s a grim morning here in North Wales after almost tropical on Wednesday and ‘not too bad’ yesterday, so waking up to your Ora press mods and watching (in bed) while drinking a lovely cup of Espresso has been a treat! As a gadget hoarder myself, married to a tool hoarder (and neither of us too tidy about it) it’s very comforting to know we are not alone. 😊

Spectacular scenery. I love the Black Isle. I spent a weekend in a rustic bothie hoose at Poyntzfield in August 2001 and fell in love with place. Magical.

The Massie's have the best laughs! I always enjoy myself when the Massie's are together. It was a nail biter there with the beard trimming!

And glad to see you wearing all the protective gloves for each stage of the process, would hate anything to compromise your hands for playing, love your music!
