You need to continue the massage daily till the watering stops or till the child reaches the age of 10-12 months. But if the redness, watering and discharge increase or doesn't stop then please get the baby examined by an eye specialist.

Get your retina examined regularly. And remember that stress is one of the major culprits of the health ailments we face in today's world. So please don't live in any kind of fear. Whatever may be the condition your doctor will help you to deal with it. Take care.

Yes. Research shows that increased near activity is the main reason behind the rapid increase in the myopia cases. Have a good balance between indoor and outdoor activities to curb rapid myopia progression.

It depends on the age. The refractive error usually stabilizes around the age of 20. Have a good healthy diet, avoid excessive near work, and maintain good physical and mental health. This may help to prevent rapid increase in the power. But 6/6 vision without glasses is highly not possible without refractive eye surgery.

Consult your doctor at the earliest if you happen to see an increase in floaters or have flashes. Otherwise in cases of myopic fundus regular retina examination is sufficient.
Mam...I had retinal detachment. I had no flash before the surgery. It's been 3 months since oil removal. But now I have flash. Will there be any problem with this?
Flash can occur if there's some pull or friction over a part of your retina. Get your eyes checked by a retina specialist.

I have high myopia -16 and i do exercise daily jisme mera head ooper ki or jata hai and my number also stable from last 3 years
Avoid near work. This is what causes myopia, not genetics

Guys if you have high myopia then also go to retina specialist, you may have high chances of having lattice degeneration, retinal holes or tears so before its too late go and get yourself checked

there is no solution for retina spots due to high myopia. It happened twice after a gap of 4 years.
