ASC T-128 Siren Test - Alert - Rosemount, MN 9/4/24
I was on my way to visit family this past weekend when I noticed that the T-128 in Rosemount off of Highway 55, which hasn't rotated in three years, was replaced with a Whelen Vortex. After hearing that another T-128 in town was recently replaced as well, I figured I'd record one of the remaining ones in case it gets replaced as well.
This T-128 is located at Old City Hall Park off of County Road 42, and directly replaced a Thunderbolt around 2011-ish. (10-4-23) For all the siren enthusiasts who are subscribed to my channel, I'm sure you'll like what you see at the beginning of the video ;) As for the elevators that are main subject of this video, these are pretty nice for parking garage elevators, and run really well. There's also a set of MEI's in the newer portion of the garage, however I'm not sure if they're in service yet.

(10-4-23) A Best Buy with an elevator? Well, sort of, as this only goes down to an underground parking garage, but it's still uncommon to see a Best Buy that has an elevator. There's nothing too special about this one, but it does its job.

(10-4-23) This is the elevator at the Springhill Suites hotel in Eden Prairie. The brailles outside the elevator are different than normal, but other than that, it's a standard Schindler 300A. The cab could stand to be a bit brighter, though.

(9-6-23) I was a little worried about filming this elevator at first considering how few people were in the building at the time, but luckily I ended up having no issues. This is a pretty basic Schindler 330A, although I'm not a fan of how the cab was covered in advertisements.

(9-6-23) These are the elevators at the Residence Inn hotel in Woodbury. Just like the Courtyard next door, these are ThyssenKrupp, except these have the normal lanterns outside the elevators, and different fixtures on the outside and inside.

(9-6-23) As I mentioned in the video, I had never seen those circular lanterns outside the elevators until filming these, and had no idea they were even a thing. Other than that, these are pretty standard newer TK's.

This elevator is pretty forgotten to most elevator photographers, I am surprised you even found this, I went to the Ala Moana Center a few days ago and rode almost all of the elevators, and found out now, I missed this one The only exceptions being Morton's and Louis Vuitton because (business casual) and Macy's elevator is being modded.
