I have a good example about going no contact with a narc the 2 I went no contact with still have tabs on me my one narc he has a friend named Don and I blocked Don from my phone and somehow Don maybe got a new phone or whatever he texted me on my birthday they are called flying monkeys that's what narcs do and my female narc has one too a woman who texted to see how I am doing? what are you doing? what do you look like now Don asked me I asked him how he got my number I blocked him he said he got a new phone and he will never get rid of my number my male narc still wants to see what I am doing!!! That freaks you out well it does me why do they still care? I feel like in the wizard of oz the flying monkey's coming to kidnap Dorothy and Toto I hated that part in the movie!!!
