No never, and I’ve used their helite jacket since 2020. Developed a routine. I even disconnected my lanyard after a fast ride and my bike tether buckle melted on the yoshimura side pipe. It was my fault for not watching where it landed and helite distributor sent me a new one.

I think you were reviewing the wrong bike? . UK Meteors have hardly any serious issues and 0 mechanical recalls they were not available until 2021. The calipers are not greased correctly from factory, 20 mins and some red rubber grease problems solved. Relays are full of grease which needs cleaning out, Batteries are shit and will need replacing with in 3 years. They are only electronically limited to 72mph they are capable of 85mph with a Hunter throttle body fitted. They are heavy but don't FEEL it as so well weighted, and due to the high torque they don't feel slow for the engine size. They do not struggle or vibrate at 80kmh, I have been happily cruising on the motorway today at between 65-70 mph up hill down hill no issues with engine screaming etc. I'm not a fan boy but feel your review was totally wrong, I am in the Meteor UK club and many many owners will back it up. I'd suggest looking at many other reviews on Facebook to get a good idea.

hi in austrlaia the max speed is 25km on a e bike so u dont get fined but im curios on how fast the bike goes becuase im looking to buy it and on the website i couldnt find how fast it goes do u possibly know and also have u found out how to remove the 25km an hour thing if u havnt thats okay i just want to see how fast it is thank u

Meteor 350 top speed is electrically limited to about 72mph, it's not due to running out of power.

Although the video quality is ok, it’s not good enough to reliably read number plates. The app is extremely glitchy making the camera extremely frustrating to use. The camera is also unreliable, sometimes the video quality will drop to 720p for no reason, the only way to fix this is to reset the camera to factory default, because this happens any time a setting is change, it makes the settings unusable. Worst of all the cameras sometimes record nothing but a black video while indicating that everything is working. I wanted to recommend this dash-cam but I can’t, it’s just to glitchy and unreliable. No problems with my meteor. There are not many bikes with 20 hp. So why does everyone call this a cheap bike? Knowone else bild a 20hp bike besides Benelli. So cheap ? A supermeteor 650 comes very close with many other 650's. And is more expensive than a top notch Benelli 502 trk x. With also 47 Hp.

Pain in the bum punctures. One last week on my Himalayan. Sadly tubes on the Himi. Certainly am attracted to a bike, like the Meteor, with tubeless. Your vids are great feller - keep going.

I’ve only had my Meteor for about 2 months and only thing I’ve got an issue with is as I’ve geared down and even the gauge saying it’s in first gear… it’s in neutral…. Happened around 3 times but besides that, everything else seems ok👍

Well, I have the same bike here in San Diego, Ca. which I'm trading up for the 650 when it gets here in Southern Ca. I haven't had any problems with it other than false fuel gage reading especially when leaning. The false neutral has been my fault, since I keep hitting the shifter with my heel when I shouldn't. {never did like the heel shifter or the wanna-be forward controls) (I'd rather have real forward controls).

Probably the best things to know for anyone looking to buy either a Meteor or the Classic 350 is that they are budget bikes with 20hp. That covers all the issues, new or used. Anyone buying these bikes should know that and understand what it means. Those are the reasons I bought a Meteor in the first place and am looking to get a Classic this year.

Comments turned off. I just wanted to say that I was ready to disagree with you about you 10 best to worst video... then after watching it, I have to agree with everything you said lol. I've had a Meteor for almost a year now. I live on an island in Korea that has a maximum speed limit of 80kmh with lots of mountainous hills. Yeah, I'd like to have just a little more pep in the throttle, but it's quite manageable in this area. The speed isn't as big an issue for me as it is for you, but it's still something I always have to be prepared for. The highway limit is 80, but on the highway, cars often go about 100. Defensive driving all the way! I can't comment on the tripper, bc Korea doesn't allow it on the Meteor. But it does look like crap. I just use a sturdy phone holder. Sorry about your hand. I hope you have a speedy and successful recovery.

Can you do a small video just on the fitting of the hand guard on the meteor 350? The video regarding hand guard on your channel doesn't showcase the handlebar or the location of fitment. And, does the elongation of the handlebar cause any problems? Because the bar weights are changing.

Nice review, I do wonder how much benefit it would be in the event of a direct collision where u remain on the bike and an object hits you at high speeds (or vice versa)
