KTLN Archives: Likya Hotel Official Opening 15th May 2009
The official opening of the Likya Residence & Spa took place on Friday 15th May 2009 . The organisers did a marvellous job, including arranging for perfect weather, as hundreds of people turned out.
Amongst the VIP guests were Süleyman Yılmaz, the Kaş Kaymakam; Saim Karakurt, the Mayor of Kalkan; Aslan Uzun, the owner of the hotel, and Nick Wrightman of Tapestry Collection.
Most people congregated in front of the hotel by the outdoor swimming pool and bar, enjoying the stunning views over Kalkan Bay. There was live music from a duo called the Euphorics (Ali & Ramona Çırpan) followed by a few short speeches on the steps leading to the hotel reception.

Hi we visited here last year. Yes there is a large indoor eating area. The food is lovely and not too expensive. Hope this helps 😊

this charming town is a hidden germ, I was there on July 1. I hope it will continue to stay clean and peaceful for years to come.

This video reminds me of October 2014. We went on 2 trips on the Yildiz 2 with Captain Osman and his family. Both times were brilliant.
