10 AMAZING places to see in Charleston, South Carolina || #10MinuteTours Pirates Historic Sites
Castillo San Felipe del Morro is the oldest Spanish fort in the United States.
I was thinking about the Continental US, I didn’t even think about Puerto Rico!! What a great idea!! We will have to go there next year!!
I’ll have to check up on that in my (LDS) church because at least nowadays, missionaries don’t settle, they go forth to convert, or at least try to spread the gospel. ETA. Yep, missionaries were called to settle various places! Wild!
Yeah, in the Pioneer Period, Brigham Young called many families to settle in various areas in the west. Here’s another one of our videos about another settlement. ruclips.net/user/shortswf6tdMlD9HU?si=Hxuye6dj93nagouN😁
Well there's not much wild land to settle these days!
My fear is that Yankee, and baseball, fans in general born after 2000 will assume that all Yankee history took place at the current Stadium. That is how thorough a job the city did in removing every stick of evidence that the Stadium once stood south of 161st St.
Yeah, it’s important to know where things really happened. 😁
I was there I was on it, you need a key to enter the tunnel on the rock. The bridge sways and it has heavy wjnd
Cool! Thanks!
Jesus says that he is the light of the world which he is referring to the Menorah in the Jewish Temple. When the Romans carry the Menorah into Rome, they have unknowingly brought Jesus the Christ into Europe.
What a great symbol!
My mother, uncle, their cousin grew up poor in brooklyn. My grand aunt and great grandmother used to save all week to tale them to baseball games. In the cheap bleacher seats. Wish I could see pictures of those people in that seating area…and that era up closer. Yankees Stadium was the only MLB stadium I ever went to in NYC, as a kid but that was 1981.
What a great story!! I love when places have a close family connection!!
Loved visiting here!
It is a fun trip!!
Lollll love this
It was surprising it worked out like that!
Lol Scooby-Doo references are always the best
We enjoy the classics.
It’s crazy to think we can actually make the building plumb 90° again, but we choose not to lol
Yeah, I think fewer people would want to see the perpendicular tower of Pisa!!🤣
Never knew that
Yeah, you don’t hear much about you Colosseum after the fall of Rome.
@@10-minutetours yeah its so crazy to know that was from an earthquake...WAIT I get it the FALL of Rome, Brilliant
Haha!!😆
Love your channel bro! ❤🎉
Thanks!! We appreciate you watching!!We’ve had a lot of fun making it!😁
And the tours of the pedo tunnels under the campus are free!
The Natural History Museum and the Peabody museum are in the same building and you only need one ticket for both. Also I think they remodeled the Natural History Museum just a few years ago.
Cool! We will have to go back!!
@10-Minute Tours Actually, this is what Italian Tour Guides are now saying. However, Re-writing History doesn't make it factual. I don't appreciate people lying about History. Got to share this with you. It's the Re-writing of American History by a woke intern. I had to call & email my local TV news station manager because of a story they were trying to share with us all. The reporter made this bold statement: that our "President Lincoln was bisexual because when he worked on the railroad as a young man, he shared a sleeping bunk with another man during his railroad employment. Therefore, he was a bisexual." Ugh!!! NOPE! WRONG! Because she didn't understand history and what was customary and culturally acceptable back in that day in history she came to a false conclusion. You see, my Great-Great grandfather Peder worked on the railroad and had to share a sleeping bunk with a stranger because they were short on space. Even our historical books have accounts of this due to convince. (Eg: PA Ingels, Laura Ingles Wilder Book Series maybe Farmer Boy book.) It was culturally acceptable and didn't mean they were a bunch of homosexuals. Her story was fiction and a lie. The station manager spoke with her and was surprised by her lack of research and her conclusions based on assumption, so they pulled the story. It was not repeated or aired. I'm glad I spoke out immediately. Can you imagine the damage that lie could have done had it gained legs and picked up by other stations. What a mess that would have been. Our local station would have been the brunt of jokes and bad publicity.
I can appreciate your feelings. We are not denying Christians were persecuted and killed for their beliefs during the first 400 years after the death of Christ, and neither did any of the people we talked to in Rome. There was no evidence of it happening in the Colosseum. That is documented it happened in the Circus Maximi.
WRONG! Christians were killed there for entertainment. Next, they're going to tell us...not many Jews were killed by the Nazi's! People, Stop rewriting history to fit your high school narrative.
That’s what we thought, too, than we went there.
