This is a usual occurrence in enlisted if you go far enough with a plane, and since gaijin is technically a dev of enlisted, i would assume that where you landed wasnt part of the ground battles, and so the devs decided to not put in a hitbox for those outer houses, but still put in the models, to make it look real.
