WE FINALLY HAD A MONSTER LP WITH HIS LIVE DBL LP IRISH TOUR. WHAT A PLAYER! AFTER THAT THE REST OF HIS CATALOGUE STARTED TO GET RECOGNIZED IN THE US. Thanks
Simply beautiful ❤
Rory was a great blues player ! Nice one Steve.
Pretty song.
Merry Christmas Steve....Cowabunga. Aloha
Thanks OB, you also
Merry Christmas Steve.

It's a terrorist act that this isn't available on streaming services
download from RUclips🕶
Someone please stop him. Doesn't he have any close friends or loving family members to have a heart-to-heart talk with him about these monstrous attempts at interpreting the classics ? Having a great backup band will not turn someone into a great singer. He's done this before : The Beatles' "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds" , Bob Dylan's "Mr. Tambourine Man" , Elton John's "Rocket Man". Enough already !!!
It's one of my guilty pleasures listening to him.
Yep this is a fantastic guitarist, kind of a SRV Hendrix copulation ☮️❤️
After 50 years of hearing Dell reeves sing that song Now I know who he wrecked his truck over .
If you're going to wreck your truck at least she's worth it

Genuinely one of the greatest songs ever made in my opinion.
I agree, do you like this version of the song?
I love it. Sly & The Family Stone were just so amazing, such a shame they didn't last even longer, honestly.
Great song always liked the Animals.
Yes oh hell yes.
Enjoyed this one 😊
Oh the memories. Watch this with my dad. I think every Friday night.
@@Blues-man. I did the same, Saunders was my favorite
God , God dam the pusher man !
Albert, musta been everyman forin as all of us, these guy's exitingly so, of Itself so. ~°~
Love the guitar lead ! Nice pick❤😊
I miss your videos 🎸
Oldie’s but goodie’s 😊
For myself this is the definitive electric blues track. If martians appeared in my back garden asking for the quintessential blues guy, surprisingly I.dsay check Bloomfield before even Hendrix.
@@stephenlyons6526 I love Hendrix but for blues I take Bloomfield
I too love the Del Reeves song ❤
I drove long haul truck for years and always loved this song ❤
I've watch the Sandals video of this song featuring Wingnut so many times. It brings back memories of the simple days of my youth.
Great melody, great piano performance by the always great Nicky Hopkins (RIP Nicky).
I kind of overlooked this album for a long time, but this song alone is worth the price of admission.
Vagabond blues and prostitute' thrills, and lil blue pills.
Loved this song growing up! Awesome hearing it again!
This song skyrocketed all the way to the bottom of the charts.
What guitar was he using on this song ? Definitely sounds like humbuckers but those p90’s can fool you when dialed in right.
Love the tone and poky growl of the guitar ☮️❤️
Love it, great pick❤☮️
Thank you for this great song from Sam. I was 6 when I fell in love with Ricky and listened to his music. After he tragically passed I have prayed for his soul ever since and all his children. Yes, he’s in heaven.
I wish Sam would cover more of his dad's music. Sam made this digital cd of covers of his dad's music several years ago ,and I bought it when it was still available. It's all on RUclips.
Great answer song.
Very nice... Thanks for posting.
Supersession'68 w/ al mike steve
Brings back memories 😢
Super Session..
Great pull Steve, had this on our jukes when my family were in the vending rackets here....Aloha
Love this band! Great pics for the song
Lost much to soon.
Nice to have them back to back.
🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Are you the drummer on this?
@@stevemiller1203 um… no. I’m just a fan of the girl on the billboard… and I never knew that she actually existed, and recorded a response until tonight.
I have this album. I think I’ve had it for at least 40 years. I think the name of the album is super session.
Grande alvin rip❤❤❤❤❤
Goodbye😂
Damn good stuff !
Glad to hear from you 👍
Lovely!
Ah! Memories of "You Can All Join In" - great band.
The Filmore East album is so special. Mike introduced Johnny Winter for JW's first live gig in front of a packed house. He intros him as "Johnny Winters". Ive met and hung out with Al Kooper. I was at his 70th BDay party at the Regatta Bar in the Charles hotel,Cambridge,Ma. He and Mike were like brothers. Funny story...the live album was to be called "Two Jews Blues", but the record executives were like...No way!. True story. Right from Al.❤
Actually, there was an album called Two Jews Blues, released in 1969 I believe, that featured keyboardist Barry Goldberg and an artist simply named “Great”, who in fact is none other than Bloomfield.
(He) had no bizness being white. (There's a few like that)😅
