I'm the same as the other commentor. I bought this watch for $79.00 from TJ MAXX. It was brand new, but they didn't know anything about it. i thought it was broken because the second hand was stuck at 16 seconds. Even after reading the manual, it didn't explain how to reset the chrono/second hand. This video just saved me from returning my perfectly good watch. THANK YOU!!!!
