Lofi Samurai - first off - great name… you mean the guitar wood? Actually Koa wood if that’s what you mean, fun story… I bought this guitar from a collector in North Carolina - overnighted to San Diego when I was finishing a small tour down the West coast. Brought it back to Kauai (home) and a couple years later I’m showing my father-in-law and his friend is standing there and he says to me “David, let me see the serial number on that Taylor.” I show him and he says, “I’m about 90% sure I milled that koa wood here on Kauai as I sold Taylor Guitars a batch for that serial number series the year before it came out in 2016.” After that I had to name her…. So this is Emma Grace :) k26ce Koa Custom from Taylor
