Great video. My experience was very similar. My father was a Doctor and worked six days a week in his private practice. I felt like he didn't pay much attention to me until I was 14 and then in my fourties when he retired I felt like we really got to know each other and I got that attention I always wanted. So, the SP I fell in love with was always traveling for work. When we were together, it was wonderful and then he would leave and it was excruciating. We were together for 9 years on and off. I didn't like it, but it felt familiar and I was used to that situation because of my Father. I still am attached, not to validate myself, I just really still love him. I didn't know about avoidants and was encouraged that it worked out for Cori T and was hopeful it would work out for me as well.

Lately manifesting my sp has given me anxiety in that i worry about their happiness when it pertains to me manifesting them. Like when you are manifesting a sp aren't basically taking away their freedom and free will? And basically, controlling their thoughts and feelings? How do you know that their feelings for you are even real or natural? Does the sp only love you because of the subs and you manifesting them? these thoughts have me worrying a lot and make me kind of believe that maybe manifesting a sp or dp might be wrong somehow but i can't stop myself from wanting my sp regardless even if it kind feels like it might be wrong. Like you are brainwashing or mind controlling someone to be into you. Am i wrong for thinking this way?

I am a late-diagnosed AuDHDer. I don't feel labeled at all. I was labeled as "dorky" as a child in the 1980s U.S. That created limiting beliefs, low self-esteem, and contributed to manifesting horrible relationships and jobs. The diagnosis has been freeing and positive for me. It has actually realeased me from limiting beliefs and was part of my spiritual awakening. I have made so many connections, and I now feel truly authentic. It is only a "label" if you accept judgmental, neurotypical, matrix-based paradigms. I would not change my neurotype if I could. I love who I am.
