Kiss Rock and Roll over Vinyl Thursday @Delsworldview
Well..I'm in woodsville nh. A huge railroad town back in the day. That's why I shared. The school football team here is called the engineers. So there's that.
Was looking for th RR content.

In the years since, "30 Days" has been recorded by several artists, most notably Gov't Mule, Mr. Big, Ace Frehley, The Black Crowes, Kick Axe, and The Dead Daisies, and is a live staple of Canadian rock band The Trews.
I knew there were quite a few covers of that song. But didn't know how many. Thanks for the input though. Did you enjoy the video?
Cloves 😅
LMAO....
Clove it up fuckers
The insert was a sticker. I still have one in my copy if you want it. Let me know how to contact you.
Why would you do that?
@@Delsworldview, it sounded like it means more to you than it does to me.

GREAT BAND
@@dawnpederson8443 agreed
Classic
Agreed!
I fish the Connecticut River usually at the boat launch in Dalton and off River Rd in Hanover/Lyme and occasionally in Charlestown and Walpole. But the first 2 places have been the best for me
Happy Fouth to you .
Happy fourth to you!
Music is the best pesonal time machine.
I love "Diver Down". I played it non-stop at home when I was 15, back in 1982.
@@NothingLikeVinyl thanks for watching and commenting!!! I love it as well
had it as a kid - saw it in circus mag and went to try it
What did you think of it?
@@Delsworldview dont remember to many drugs since then - i was in 7th grade when it came out
Please like and subscribe...more vids coming. Thank you all!
I was a big fan. Went to go see the movie 20th century foxes because they had a scene in there. The first album was better. I miss all the stuff they would put in the albums.
First time I saw them was in that movie
As an 11 year old kiss / alice cooper fan, I had the 1st two angel records. Thought they were great.
Unfortunately I never had the records until later in life. But I do love this band and also Starz!
@@Delsworldview funny, I had the stars record as well. 1st album i think.
I actually found all 4 Starz records in a record store about 4 months ago. I'll prob do a show on each one in the future
@@Delsworldview wow that's got to be rare, even some of those band members don't have all 4 I guarantee it.
I bought them for like six bucks a piece.
Love ANGEL! Have all their albums. The LIVE album from 1980 - I especially appreciate as it has a short but good Punky solo. RISEN is good too as is Frank's recent solo album and video. My favorite is probably 1979's Sinful. Thank you for this video!
I hope to find more Angel albums. I love them all
@@Delsworldview I see a few used copies around here at times - usually its On Earth As It Is In Heaven, Sinful or the one you featured. Finally found the vinyl of their 2nd one a while ago - 1976's Helluva' Band. A record store owner In Orlando, FL told me, back in the day, at their shows they would be announced and "appear" one by one as if coming from heaven. I thought it was cool how they designed the logo ANGEL to be read right side up or upside down the same. ruclips.net/video/AAJWqkSmgmc/видео.html ruclips.net/video/aKU-ndTvbmE/видео.html
Angel are an excellent band. I have the full Angel Earth Force fan club kit and all their albums .
What did the fan club kit come with?
@@Delsworldview Bio insert , Earth Force certificate, membership card, band photos,Angel autographed live shot stage poster. Stamps of the band members
@@andyandrew7557cool stuff...thanks for sharing!
Great album great band. Been a huge fan. They went from somewhat proggy....The Tower...to more streamlined...the Sinful album. Great video.
Thanks!
Great band just saw them live a few weeks ago. Punky 74 and still rocken.
Awesome. I hope to see them sometime

First is the epitome of rock and roll albums then it's just a good rock and roll album
That's a good opinion.
Being a 7 year old KISS fan in 1978 made me want to learn how to play guitar as well. I used to stare at those album covers for hours looking at all the pictures and reading every word
Yes!!!! Thanks for sharing that!

Got the same Waylon as in the intro
Good record
Explain why Kiss Alive! has never been certified by the RIAA since 1975. Still only certified gold, which, because it’s a double album, is for shipments of 250,000 copies / 500,000 units. It has been rumoured to have sold over 5 million copies copies, which, if it was re-certified, would make it a 10x platinum release - a Diamond album.
Good question. I don't know the answer to that.
The song you wrote sounds like it was influenced by not only Kiss, but also Def Lepperd and Stone Temple Pilots’ Sour Girl. Nice homage to Ace in the lyrics. People who can write songs need to write more songs! Good or bad, you will never know your style if you don’t try!
Thanks for listening that far into the video. I appreciate your comment... I have many songs written and will be including them in future vids.
That's a great compliment by the way. Thanks very much
Nice Area ❤
It sure is!
Ha ha, I don't need a review, I've listened to ALIVE about 200 times a year since 1976, when I first acquired it. (My first KISS record was Destroyer, THEN I got Alive).
"Del Griffith", lol. Say hi to Neil Page for me.
Whose Neil page?
Are you referring to planes trains and automobiles? Lol
This is one of my desert island records. I had the original when I was a kid. I love the booklet. Mine was stolen by my next door neighbor at the time. I used to draw the cover and the pictures in the book. It is hands down one of the great icons of my childhood.
That's too bad about the poster my friend. And I hear you...def a desert island record and icons of my childhood as well. I hope this brought back some good memories for you. And thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. Means a lot!
Dels track sounds like KISS. Love hearing you man!
Thank you for listening...and watching Jimmy!
Awesome show, Dan.
Thanks for listening
Great review of the album! Your tracks really add to the video. Getting better every video De!!
I appreciate that!
Nice looking spot for a live minnow .
Yes it was! Lol
Did you try a bobber and float your bait just off the bottom?
Not that day, but I'll try it
Great sound. Love Ronnie montrose.
Me too!
Decided to keep you all updated on the Garden status. And the many ways a retired outlaw spends his time out in the dooryard.
Del, I've heard many people rate these 4 great albums, but I've never heard anybody rate "Attention Shoppers" as their favorite with the possible exception of my 88-year old grandmother who would be 104 years old if she was still alive today. My favorites: #4) Attention Shoppers, #3) Violation (sometimes #2), #2) Coliseum Rock (sometimes #3), #1) Starz (debut). Starz (debut) is always the best although 'Violation and Coliseum Rock are not far behind.
Attention shoppers just holds sedimental value for me. It was the first one I discovered. All Great albums though and my favorite fluctuates weekly. But thank you for your opinion.
"Don't Bother Me", That is so cool.... your mom's record album back in your hands
Pretty darn cool...for sure. I'm just sorry I wrote on it. But then again that's prob a good thing. I was able to identify it..
Great album.
Agreed!
That is cool. You found that album after it belonged to your mother.
Yeah... I thought so too. :)
Please subscribe!!! I'd really appreciate it ....I'll be uploading more content. Vinyl Thursdays will be a thing!
It's called "don't think"
What is the name of the song?
