Hope they treated you well. The course pros tend to be rude at Marcus Point. Cant believe you made it on the course with a cooler. I got chewed out for trying to bring waters.

Hey james Just curious on your feelings of training aids, and was wondering if you ever heard of hackmotion and if so would you believe in this device ?.
Done. Local man cave in need of a flag.
Done. I live in Pensacola and worked at Lost Key Golf Club on the grounds department. Many great courses in this area. Welcome! Lookin' forward to the rematch with Boo!!!

How you played 9 holes after that drive is beyond me! I think the aiming juice helped…I like watching you play-I wouldn’t mind seeing how low you can go from forward tees?? Or a scramble seeing how many birdies you can make? Just stuff you don’t get to do when the tournament season is going. I love the tournaments! But I will be watching. Have fun.
Done!
More interested in you playing and practicing, show us what you’re working on. Give us the details of your thoughts and swing mechanics because golfers are always looking for something different and new! Focus on a day of practice and give us a range session it’s easier to film and makes good content. Wondering about your follow through and where your finish, also less music as it’s more distracting and who doesn’t want to hear compression!
Those puts where rolling smooth James!
Maybe you can do some scramble golf
Safe travels.

I'd love a short what's in the bag video 👍irons, shafts, etc

@@jamescolindavisgolf cheers! Somehow I missed it. Those are some serious yardages on your irons 👀👍
...In any case, enjoy the break from the Grind. However, I pulling for you to find that missing mirco piece in your swing to stick it close. Enjoy the weather and have fun.
@@SoCal-Mike I appreciate that my man. Thank you so much for your support of the channel. 👊
Got it, No idea if this is off-season or the prices but I few I hope is on your list; Perdido Bay GC, or Scenic Hills CC or maybe Marcus Pointe GC
@@SoCal-Mike Marcus Pointe is my home base down here, so there will be plenty of content filmed there. I’m working on Perdido Bay, but nothing concrete yet. I have played Scenic Hills before. Unfortunately it is not in great shape these days so I’m probably not going to play/film there this time around.
Thanks for the content James....glad you made it there in one piece...cources to come
@@SoCal-Mike thanks Mike!
Practice and play for free. Wow, it's a nice deal if you can get it! Been watching Boo on the CT in the last little while and heard him say that his game was coming around. If you can take him down again, that would be a nice feather in your cap but probably far easier said than done. Don't know what to suggest for filming beyond golf vlogs, matches and such but your experience of anything regionally interesting would be welcome in my case since I've never been there. Could be interesting being there during the election. Enjoy the area. Cheers.
@@timothypollock8358 Thanks for the feedback Tim. I’ll try to work some of that into some of the videos. I am very fortunate to have places to play/practice down here. Just happened to meet the right people at the right time. Very thankful for it.

Hey James would love to see the difference of cost of living and equipment from us up here in canada to the southern USA even with the piss poor exchange rate😢.Wish you luck in improving your game so Jelous even though we can play all year round here on Vancouver Island it aint Florida🤣🍻
@@vincerogers1618 hey man! I’ll try to brainstorm a creative way to include that in a video. But yeah, the exchange rate is brutal at the moment. Good thing I’m only here for a few weeks because that’s about all I can afford. 😂😂
Enjoy P-cola. My $.02, continue posting playing/tournament content to keep my attention. Playing against other Creators for Likes is lame and doesn't interest me anymore; but perhaps the AI needs....IDK.
@@gregakin5387 I appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately the tournament season is done so I have to come up with some new ways to create engaging content. Will be posting a bunch of vlogs from different courses down here. I don’t have any set plans to collaborate with other creators. I don’t plan on moving the channel that way, but one or two videos with some bigger channels would go a long way when it comes to growing my channel.

@@jamescolindavisgolf you're doing an awesome job with this channel and it's inspiring to see the grind. I'm always in shock and awe of your tenacity to put this much time and effort into this channel, while still pursuing a full-time professional golf career. I really appreciate you bringing tournament golf videos to us social and amateur golfers, it's not something I've seen being done on RUclips this consistently before. Disfruto verte jugar, tienes nivel para algo más, ojalá pronto se cumplan tus objetivos personales. Un gran abrazo, desde Argentina.
Not a bad effort but the round just never really came together for you. Your chipping technique seemed a little different to me but I could be wrong. It seemed like your were hooding the clubface more and picking the clubhead up with the trail hand less in the backswing. Putting can be weird, I'm usually a pretty good intuitive reader of greens but I once played this mountain course in Utah where I was missing the line of very straightforward looking 30 footers by from 5 - 10 feet consistently. They weren't even visibly breaking that much but I was missing by a mile. It felt like someone was moving the earth every time I hit a putt. It's very strange to hit a drive almost 400 yds. (due to elevation), hit a wedge to 30 feet and feel like no chance at all for birdie. Have a good off season and go get 'em next year. Cheers.,,
Done 🤝
Great job. Hopefully I can shoot par by June next year. Took 15 years off. Back to low 80s now. First full season back.
Got to love international 2000 seems like it never closes. So long as there is no snow on the ground they are open

@@jeffreytabourne thanks Jeff! More content coming all winter. It just won’t be tournament vlogs unfortunately. Thanks for your continued support! 🙌
I remember meeting you at Vaudreuil on the practice green good content man keep grinding
I find end of season rounds can be more challenging than early season rounds. I changed my irons end of June and it took me weeks to adjust to the new yardages. Callaway Paradym X Irons 5 to A Wedge. The moment they started clicking confidence returned and the better I started playing. Have a great off Season will likely play my last round tomorrow at Windmill. See you next year.

To me your tempo and how you held your finish on the range was perfection, amazing swing. On the course your tempo seemed slower and your finish was held off a bit, maybe it's me but not the same swings, close but not the same. Thanks for sharing James.
Not your day James but you called it, short game poor today. Stay positive.

Really enjoy your videos. I’m pulling for you every week…it’s great having someone to pull for that’s really good. I’m bummed the season is over. Do you have a good practice facility indoors for the winter? BTW…Canada is beautiful, the courses you play sure look nice.
James man, I've enjoyed the channel but you broke a rule on 16. You said you had a playing partner read your putt and he thought it went left. That is against the rules my friend. You can't ask a playing partner for advice. That could cost you! All my best.
LOL if you're serious you're not that smart. Players give advice all the time. They do it on the tour! Despite all this I'm assuming he was in a team together with his partner, which u then can definitely give advice. What is is with these rule nazis?? Generally ppl who just sit and watch others do something well and when they do something wrong, jump on the keyboard.....
James was always playing his ball but his partner, Phil, was playing a best ball with him so that why you can see James picking up Phil ball marker on some holes. So since they were in the same team, he was able to ask a read. He was supposed to mentioned it, guess he forgot 🤷
@@SvenLohmann-ge7wq I had no idea they were a team but if not giving advice is 100% against the rules and can cost you a stroke penalty. Look it up if you're so smart. "Rule Nazi's" ok man. It's pro golf, there are rules you need to follow or you can be penalized. I don't want to see him penalized. If it was a team event, then it's my bad. You're coming across as the keyboard warrior here.
@@Matt-the-cameraman Thank you, I didn't realize it was also a team event. Appreciate it!
The work you put in since your lesson has clearly done wonders for you (HUGE SHOUT OUT TO YOU FOR HITTING DRIVER SO WELL THE LAST FEW EVENTS). Felt that with your documentation theres a handful of occassions where being a bit more aggressive or a different club/shot selection would shave a few strokes between all of the events.. but thats in hindsight. Love how youre PLAYING golf to finish your year and I think youre due for a heater of a season next year if you do some reflection on some course management stuff (ticky tac stuff) and get that shortgame a bit more dialed... including the partial wedges 110yds and in. Thanks for documenting and im happy to discover you this year. Its very fun watching and supporting you! Hope to see you document your off-season work ❤
