I can't understand why i can play Warzone and Wukong on max settings on my PC but Black Mesa is unplayable due the flashlight not working

How do I install it?

I love how...imperfect it is, it doesn't make gordon too stupid when it comes to firearm usage, (hazard course and what not) but it makes him look like a man who just recently went under training with firearms. It's beautiful

i really do praise HECU collective for their amazing level and prop design. The mountains in the back and the detailed parking lots just add to the games experience. Also the music is a banger!
