Very nice but i went for the big boy the fenix HM71r ❤❤
Did you know that garages are meant for cars, not studios.
fenix claims a range of 1100 yards..there is no way it has that trow..max 600 yards..
Sub'd. Great review! Keep'em coming.
3:17 The Fenix website states that this is a class 1 laser, not 3b.
Well, it’s been three years since this video, I would imagine the “production tax” you mentioned should no longer be included, so to speak. Why are they still $270?
hi.I want to replace the batteries. Can separate batteries be used?
you just earned a sub
I bought two, they are amazing, they will be retiring my surefire and fenix pd35's. For usage I think their overall best for guns but the throw is the best feature for EDC the power rarely goes out. Oh and I can find my dog(s) if they run outside in the dark. There is another comparable white laser flashlight that's much cheaper called the trustfire for only $99 thinking about buying that one as well for more guns. Overall very impressed with this tk30 it illuminates the target very clearly, no other flashlight I have, no surefire or fenix, can fully illuminate the target at let alone 40 feet this flashlight fully illuminates the same at 2500 feet it never gets weak. It really is amazing it illuminates 3937.008 feet clouds at night like an air raid spotlight with the same brightness consistently. Only downside is that it has an extremely visible beam, you will be seen from space although very fun to play with it's not good for concealment and at very close ranges 5 to 10 feet the beam is the size of a basketball so using to search a confined space in the dark is not recommended.
I found one while hiking today! Just when I thought 10 headlamps were enough I find another one. It does appear to not be v2 so I'm watching this.
Great video. I'm thinking of adding one of these as a secondary light to my rifle, I already have a good combo laser and flashlight, but I wanted something with a long throw and little spill for "tactical" reasons.
Well spoken, I love it. 😊 I'm deciding to buy one
Just unboxed mine and same opinion on the power button. Minutes later you explained it lol good review
If only it was USB-C. Having a proprietary charging adaptor for a light in camping/hiking/survival is a deal breaker.
Almost useless for my purposes... Guess I'm out on these lights
Just snagged this light today, freaking love it so far, no issues with the button so far either other than some sponginess but that isn't a big deal to me.
i just ordered one, too. hoping what he had has been solved by Fenix, as is this 2 years old; or he got a flukey one. i love everything else about this light enough that i took the risk. yours still doing well?
@@Juneof1944 Yeah it sure is, i use it just about every day and when at work, hasn't given me any issues yet.
@@HazardWolfCorp excellent! thanks for the quick reply!
No talk about heat output. Does this flashlight get hot while using it?
What a narcissist. The video is supposed to be about a flashlight. But instead of looking at the flashlight, the entire video shows his face with the first two minutes in self-promotion asking us to subscribe to his channel.
so i can put anny AA s in this ?
Excellent no-nosense review....thanks
What is the name of the song at the beginning?
Very thorough review and I learned so much - thanks! Subbed !
Thank you outstanding information
how do you charge the thing?
I actually prefer the magnetic charging cable over the C connector with its useless rubber cover that always degrades and fails.....in my opinion the weak link in most flashlights.....for God's sake the battery is removable.....take it out and charge it....or keep 2 batteries....no need to make a hole in the light to charge it....the 65R and 65R-T should adapt this way of charging.....install the magnetic plug where the C inlet is.....maybe when they come out with a V2.....are you listening Fenix ?
fantastic review , thank you
I like how the hotel lit up the rooms in the shape of a heart. Cool shit.
I heard the Phosphorus breaks down over time and gets weaker and weaker. Is this true ?
Simply excellent review! Bravo! It does not get any better. Subscribed.
They have an upgraded version now, the TK30R. It has the same lumen output but throws the light beam about 350 meters further. Also has dual tailcap buttons, one for flashlight and one for strobe. Just ordered one,, having loved the TK30... had to have the new TK30R
VERY helpful , thanks much !
Maybe I'm missing the point here but these things seem so tight arsed with a 'So Hot You Can't See Anything But How Hot It Is Hotspot'....? Chocolate teapot springs to mind. The tech' might be invaluable for SAR work...if someone was incapacitated on a mountainside and wearing reflective gear it could save their life....but that's about it. IF you could locate them with a beam half an inch wide?
Very good and detailed review. Have you compared the Fenix TK30 against the JetBeam RRT-M2S?
As a flashlight aficionado, I am now another subscriber. Thanks for the great info.
Great review! Thanks man
At $270 I’m not impressed at all.
thats a super cool flashlight and I want one but I cant really think of a use I would have for it with that narrow of a beam.
This looks like San Diego because the Marriot always used that heart pattern
Really cool video especially the hotel part. That is an amazing flashlight. I had no idea such a thing existed! I'm not sure what I would do with one though. Signaling to ships I suppose:)
Stop at 10:55 and get the message ... =) :D
Boy you're serious person exactly what I like you explain everything in the detail like simple talk that people can understand very good thank you for sharing this wonderful video and all your testing the Phoenix 30 is an awesome life a little pricey but it's worth the money because it's true numbers not like these other flashlights that they offer for 100,000 looms under $29 yeah Fenix is straightforward very honest company I was looking forward to dealing with them in the future 💕💕💕💕💕
Allen I like your channel I subscribe to your channel thank you for sharing this wonderful flashlight very awesome such a great company love the technology 💕💕💕💕
Awesome review bud. Keep up the good work
hi bro, you don't have problems with the magnetic charger? I'm interested, but I have a flashlight from another brand with a magnetic charger and it's terrible, it never marks when it's full, could you give me your opinion? thx
good channer Congratulations to the thousands
Music plus talking. Yup sure works treat. 🙁
Please take out the goofy music. It ruins the video.
I wanted to comment on how good of a video this is great job!
I also just wanted to comment on what I did last night testing the tk30 on a long-range Open golf course, I could only illuminate a person approximately 700 to 800 ft away using Google Earth measuring the 1200m claim they have is a marketing Ploy kind of which is just the actual photons making it 1200m without completely dissipating
Thanks for mentioning the FENIX HL60R, I was looking into that as well, good to compare
Look at the HM60R which is the updated version and much better
