FOR MANDI MASALA:
-coriander seeds 1 tb sp
-cumin seeds 1 tb sp
-black pepper corns 1 t sp
-black cardamom 2 big
-green cardamom 12
-cloves 8
-cinamon sticks 4
-fennel seeds 1 t sp
-nutmeg 1/4 piece
-mace 2 piece
DIRECTIONS:
-dry roast all ingredients.
-let it cool.
-make a powder.
FOR MARINATION :
-red chilli powder 3 tb sp
-salt to taste
-turmeric 1 t sp
-orange food color
-3 lemons juice
-ginger ,garlic paste 3 t sp
-cooking oil 2 tb sp
-mandi masala
-chicken legs 6 pieces
