Nice bag 👍you could do roast vegetables with the sweet potatoes,parsnips and carrots. I have batch cooked some before and frozen them in the takeaway style cartons you can buy in the supermarket.

Daughter loves the beyond meat burgers, they have gone up to €7.50 for 2. Nope, not bought any recently at that price. Aldi Cherry yogurt is good feel the others are hit and miss. Not sure why? but did not expect you to say £160! Think I need to re-watch, was cooking at the same time so kept pausing and coming back. Everything is still rising in price, so when I see a good offer I stock up. You done well at Rogers, sauces were a really good buy.

Wow! That's so much food for so little money! I spent more than double that($668 Australian dollars) for two adults, both vegetarian. I don't have access to any food programs where I live, I wish I did! I'm always on the lookout for markdowns but it's rare to find them. P.S. We have the fridge near us but never get that much food. It costs us £3.50 a week and a £10 joining fee and it’s done by points system and 4 items in total of fruit and veg. Have to say some items are a lot of points so can be very limiting to what you can get….but anything that reduces the week shop cost is a great help.

Definitely thick gravy, I put a bit of marmite in mine. Very impressed with all that cooking and videoing at the same time. I need to get some of that PB powder.

You get such a good haul of bread near you. It's hit and miss here and so many people go to the same person, I feel bad requesting loads. Excellent bargains at Rogers on your end of month tally ( think it's jumped to your next vid). Maybe make curly fries by spiralising potatoes.

Yep, I buy the family packs of peppers. We don't like the green ones but they give a peppery flavour to a chilli con carne but you can compensate for the bitterness with a half teaspoon of sugar in the sauce!

The low protein flour diet, horrendous, no wonder your hair is like it is, cut out the flour and add meat.

mum always gave us three girls top of the Milk she would open up three bottles so we girls had ice cold cream of the milk on our corn flakes😂 another i used to love ice cold un sweetened coronation milk on corn flakes
