Thank you for the "Prime" button in the video and the text on the screen. A lot of jumpers won't work unless they see something/anything in the electrical system. This sounds like some kind of hybrid with a capacitor that gets charged up by the battery instead of using the battery directly. I've been tempted on buying a capacitor jumper. I've bought into the Ryobi system already.

I dont have this but the plus is if you already have the ryobi system you can swap batteries if its not charged. I have the noco, its nice but takes a while to charge if dead. Had i known about this i probably would have bought it instead because I have so many ryobi tools.

This is not available in Canada. I bought mine from homedepot USA 3 months ago. I use it the first time today. My truck started in just one prime. This is good

For clarity's sake - it was minus 11 or 12 outside and the car was out in that for hours/days. Your 4Ahr battery on the jumpstart, that battery was in your warm house all night prior? Reason I ask is lithium batteries get squirrely under 32 degrees F. Thanks ! PS - I bought one of these too 😁

The battery was warm. It probably wouldn't start if the battery was outside. Pretty easy to warm them up though.

Lithiums will not CHARGE when temps dip down to +32° F. The newer Lifepo4 will however DISCHARGE or "operate" down to -4° F (that's negative 4° degrees fahrenheit ). For temps this extreme, you may want to stick with AGMs. The most powerful Clore Automotive jumper is thier $400 "Jump and Carry 12/24" capable of starting commercial trucks. It is merely two 22 amp hour AGMs side by side wired to switch between 12 or 24 volts. Thier "Jump and Carry 950" is a straight 12 volt jump box with a 33 amp hour, 550 cold cranking amp internal battery (which is the one I bought). $225 at Home Depot with military discount. The "JNC950's" 33 amp hour internal battery is nothing more than your typical "riding mower" AGM battery with a higher CCA of 550 as opposed to the typical 310 CCA mower battery.

I just bought this 2 weeks ago and it started a completely dead battery on the first try and I live in a cold weather state as well.
