it only happens on ssb on voice recorder device when hear mess up voice of me when talking on my cobra 139 it doesn't do it on am side on voice recorder this the voice recorder i use on walk talkie video back 3 days ago.
everything is fine on cb radio it's voice recorder you are hearing in the video.

that was beam antenna i was talking 2112 with it sliver eagle200 i was doing 100watts 120watts using turner plus2 mic knob it's near 4 between 5 on turner plus 2. on cobra139.
